Got room service on day 6, found a dead bed bug. Was expecting a full kitchen. A half fridge w/ tiny freezer space. You would think ice machines since tiny freezer space. Nope! This is a no-frills hotel for someone who needs someplace cheap. I was expecting the worst but got an acceptable stay. Overall room appearance , cleanliness and comfort was good. Except restroom cleanliness, seems like it was overlooked by the housekeepers. Table,microvawe, Fridge all were well kept as well as the twin bed and the carpet.

This place is the closest basic hotel to our neighborhood that is not in the bed bug zone (north of DFW airport). It is convenient and clean, but in a lower middle class area with noting much to see. All of DFW is within 30 minuets drive so take a car and stay cheep.

With the hotel being close to DFW and my stepdaughter having a 19 hour layover, we booked this hotel at a very good price. The Double Queen was just what we needed. The beds were hard and the pillows flat, but it suited our needs. I would stay there again but make sure I take my own pillow.

When I first walked into the room I was impressed. The AC was a new digital one and was working correctly and the beds and sheets looked clean, all except for shower, which had a dirty towel and the faucet looked as if it was taken apart. When I tried to turn it on, it wasn't working, so me and my boyfriend had to go down to the office and ask for a […] different room. The other room wasn't as good as the first one. The sun was beating down on that side of building, so even though the AC was running at it's lowest temperature (it was a knob dial, old AC this time), the room was barely chilled. We didn't bother asking for a different room since we had other plans and wouldn't be home until night-time. By then the room had cooled down a lot and the shower was working fine. I don't think it was really worth what I paid for. I would have liked to pay a little less for what we got, but it wasn't horrific, so whatever. Read more

They let me check in at 12:30 which was awesome because I was super-tired after driving for 5 hours and standing in line for another 4 hours.
