Really liked having the kitchenette in room. Great for stay a few nights. Great location for sightseeing with close proximity to wineries. Will request 3rd floor room next visit to avoid upstairs noise.

It was nice to have a mini kitchen, it seems like toddlers are constantly eating. However I go to salem a lot and will not be returning to this hotel. The bathroom only had a shower ( no bathtub). I also forgot my play pen for the baby to sleep in and they did not have any cribs.

I have never done a review but in this case I feel like one needs to be done. Our room was supposed to be two Queen beds and we got doubles. They said they were queens when I went back down to ask but they were NOT. I have a queen and our daughter has a double and they were clearly doubles. Our trip ended up taking longer than we anticipated so we did a quick search to find a place to stay for the night without spending a lot of money. The Crossland was the perfect choice. The room had everything we needed, was clean and comfortable, for a moderate price. We'll definitely stay at a Crossland again.

The room was very clean but the beds were miserable - hard & lumpy. Location was great & parking great. Price very good. The staff that checked us in was just there, not particularly friendly. But the beds were the worst. Had difficulty sleeping because the beds were so hard & lumpy. Sheets, bathroom & room were all very clean.

Room was comfortable, clean, quiet and had all the amenities I needed. Only downside was the TV was ancient, didn't even have a composite input. Internet was extremely slow at .75 mb and upon logging in, they asked if I wanted to pay for a higher speed. This turned me off to this place. I would expect a hotel to furnish at least 1.5 mb for free.

I would recommend this hotel for anybody who is looking for a cheap place to stay for the night. The Wi Fi was excellent on the top right side of the hotel. The beds in my room were a little too hard but its hard to find good beds at any hotel. Seven outta ten.

The room was great. The desk clerk gave me information when i asked for it, but could've been more helpful. There was no ice machine, but there was more of a kitchen than you'll find in most hotel rooms. TV was pretty small, but the price was right.

The location of the hotel was convenient to freeway access. The room was adequate in size and we appreciated that there was a kitchenette. The bed, however, was a very hard, cheap mattress. Probably the worst night sleep I've had at any budget hotel or motel in years. The comforter was also ragged and in terrible condition.

Mmmhmmm the smell of smoke in my smoke-free room. The free WiFi doesn't come down to the north end of the building. The last two nights I have come back to my room and found things moved around but no maid service. Weird...and annoying! Finally got Free WiFi connected but only at 0.62Mbps. The motel was clean and no one bothered you. The negitive would be that you had to take your wet towels to the office to get clean ones and even though I put our garbage outside of our door no one touched it. They also placed us on the freeway side of the building, if you go be sure to ask for the street side.

Excellent hotel, clean and roomy, the only complaint I have is that the WiFi is so slow its almost non-functional. I was lucky to have my phone that had a data connection. Also there was no shampoo in the shower.

For the price of the room, it was nice! I was equipped with dishes, silverware, cups/glasses, mini stove and fridge. Down side, we were woke up BOTH nights we stayed there at 1am by people living there. Don't think that I will ever stay there again.

Staff accommodated for our family by having our 3 rooms as close as possible. I thought the luggage carrier and elevators were a plus since I wasn't expecting that. The location is close to grocery and restaurants. Shower curtain got really wet on floor, but we enjoyed our stay.

I've always found my visists to Extended Stay hotels be nice and relaxing. Knowing the affliation, I thought I would give Crosslands a chance. Needless to say, I was a little disappointed with this stay. The condition of the room (furniture, paint, carpet) where all in fair condition. However, the chewed gum and candle wax left on the bathroom floor […] behind the door caused question in my belief regarding the cleanliness of the room overall.
