      The lobby was under construction however the remodeled rooms were a great improvement and a welcome surprise from past stays.

      Older hotel/motel where all the rooms opened to the outside but was very well done and maintained. Felt comfortable with the location and rooms were comfortable and clean. Good bargain for the price. Would stay here again.

    Although not the Ritz, this motel was nice and comfortable. The staff was friendly and we felt safe and at very low prices. Would have been nice to have a king size bed, but it was comfortable. I was thinking that this would be absolutely awful, not so. I did bring extra pillows and blankets (encouraged by previous comments) they were not needed. Keep […] expectations low and you will be pleasantly surprised. Within walking distance from convenience store and Cracker Barrell. Close to everything, right off the highway.     We had origanlly planned on just staying one day and ended up having to stay 4. We booked through hotels.com for first day and extended our stay daily through the front desk.     This time I was disappointed. The bed covers were smelly, room dirty, commode dirty with stool, shower dirty. Room was very smelly. Not usually this bad but bearable.

    the ouside grounds had alot of litter, and elevator was smokey and littered with cigarette butts,but the rooms were clean. the front desk clerk was very helpful and assisted us for all our needs.

    The hotel check me into a room that was occupied. Then check me into aother room which the room key did not work. Once in the room it had a bad order. So, I was switched to another room.

    Your front desk personnel were outstanding in every way. Due to the lack of maintenance to the rooms (more than one room) and dirty rooms, I doubt that I will ever stay in a Crossland hotel again.

    hotel is older but is clean and maintained and has everything you need. close to the airport and necessity shopping and pretty close to fancy casino. bed, bath, and kitchen with cookware and dishes for two and the price can't be beat. great for a place to crash or hold up for a few days but doesn't have the amenities for a comfy vacation spot.

    Very friendly front desk staff. room was clean and it had a kitchenette, which I did not expect. The entrance is complicated to find and make our way to the office. Only thing was the pillows were not soft enough to have a comfortable night's sleep.

    I wanted a non-smoking room, the room had the aroma of cigerate smoke throughout the whole room, that was very disapointing to me because I do not smoke. However the hotel staff told me it was non-smoking room.

    this is one of the owrst hotels i have ever stayed at and quite frankly I'm very disaapointed in Expedia for recommending this hotel. It was dirty and disgusting they only empty trash after you stay not each day, you have to go to the front desk to get a change of towels they don't even make up you bed every day. Jusy horrible......
