Great hotel! My husband and I stayed here on a mini vacation and we absolutely loved it! The rooms are clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, the breakfast was delicious and the bed was so comfortable. The only thing I would change is that they extend the breakfast from 9:00am until 10:00 or 10:30.

Wasn't a dump, wasn't great. The cigarette smell in the lobby is disgusting, the weed smell by the pool was not. Room was clean, but the pillows don't have pillow cases. I wonder if they wash the whole pillow??? They didn't smell though. Close to Hog Heaven MX.

the staff at the desk was nice (they smiled at you), but the housekeepers didn't smile or speak when they saw you in the hallway. on check out day, we were running a little late. we received a call at 11:03 asking us how much longer we were going to be. we asked for 10 more minutes because i ran into a little trouble while i was out and couldn't get […] back in time. before we could leave, the housekeeper was knocking on our door and stood at the doorway while we were pushing the cart out with our luggage on it as if she had put a fire out in our room. i feel that this was very . i've never been asked to leave a hotel and i did not appreciate that. we did stay four days there and we could have stayed at other hotels in the area. staff could be a little friendlier and more understanding. it's not like the hotel was full to the max. The hotel had a leak in the area on the 1 st. Floor that needed repair. It appeared to have been there for sometime. There was a water leak in the soft drink machine area from the ceiling. There was blood on the back stairwell that had not been cleaned up. The room was ok and the hotel was just off of 95 which was very nice. The Hotel breakfast was great and over all was clean but was diapointed in front desk staff I had to ask all the questions at check in was not briefed on checkout times or even were my room was I was just was handed a key. I also was disappointed in the size of the beds they were to small for two people. Also rooms had no microwave or refrigerator. […] I had a stand up lamp next to the chair that was brased against the chair holding it up. I told the front desk and they never replaced it you could not even seat in chair with out the lamp falling over. when I go back to Dunn NC again I will stay in better hotel even if I have to drive farther if they inprove the beds and fix broken furniture and train the staff to be friendly instead of looking like they hate there job would be a great plcae compare to alot of the hotels. Stayed at this hotel when I traveled down to the area for the first time to go to a scheduled job interview. The staff at this hotel was very friendly, and seemed happy to answer questions. The hotel itself was quiet, and had comfortable beds. The rugs seemed a bit old though, and even though the hotel was seemed clean I couldn't give it a five for […] cleanliness because when rugs are in bad need of replacement, there's only so much you can do to keep them clean as well. This is a 1.5 to 2 star at most. The way management treats workers when customers are around is disgraceful. Hotel was being audited on their breakfast presentation, Manager basically fired worker while I was having morning coffee. Will not stay again.

I stayed at this hotel for 5 days and was pleased with everything. The rooms were clean!!! The price was more than right. The staff was helpful, courteous, polite, helpful, and a pleasure to communicate with. The continental breakfast was more than I expected seeing as they have frozen breakfast sandwiches.
