I was not disappointed in any way. The location was easy to get to and a magnificient view from the room of Niagara Falls set the tone for the whole weekend. Dinning was great and service was above my expectations. What more can I say.

This hotel will not disappoint. It's beautiful, clean, close to falls and has friendly helpful employees. Only problem was I wasn't expecting to pay an additional $12.00 + tax per night for outdoor parking! FYI, if you make a local call from your room you'll be charged $1.00 per call. Food was a little pricey but very good. Will definately stay there again.

Although we didn't spend very much time at the hotel, the staff called to see if we needed anything and they delivered. The beds were comfy, bathroom roomy and nice TV. The free breaky the next morning was good and better than most others I have had.

"Days Inn Hotel great stay!"
We were very pleased with our 2 night stay at the Day's Inn. The pool was great for the kiddos. It was an overall excellent experience at a very reasonable price. We would def. stay here again upon our next trip.

Hotel is very near to all the attractions and restaurants. Had a great time at Niagara during spring break. Rooms are ok and reception is very helpful in assisting us. Complimentary breakfast is not provided and need to buy water.

I stayed on the 3rd floor. The next morning the sink, commode and bath/shower were all stopped up. Talk about a bad experience!!!!!!!!!!

Definitely not a luxury hotel, but a great location for the price. The rooms are old, a bit worn, but clean, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. There‘s also a restaurant connected to the hotel and it is just a couple of minutes walk to the falls and the bridge to Canada.

"Close to everything"
Enjoyed this hotel because it allowed us to be able to walk to all the sights. Would recomment this hotel for any occasion.

Hotel room was a wreak and bathroom was falling apart and tub was stained. Very disgusting. I would not recommend that hotel to anyone. Also when they offer a room at a lower rate with a non refund means that theres something wrong with the room. No microwave nor frig. In room. Hotel definitely needs make over.

The Hotel couldn't be at a better location, You see canada from your window. Beds are super comfortable. First night there was only hot water in our bathroom, they had to move us to another room the next day, a pain in the neck. There is not Refrigerator or microwave in the rooms, I always use those two when bringing left overs from eating out, wasn't […] able to do that. The elevators are noisy and shaky. "Downtown Hotel"
I enjoyed how close this hotel was to major attractions and eateries. The staff at the front desk were more than helpful and friendly and were willing to take the time to answer my questions. This hotel had all the right things for the right price. I will stay here again should I visit this area in the future.

Nice hotel near the state park (Niagara Falls) and just one block from the Rainbow Bridge going into Canada; the Denny's restaurant in the lobby was a lifesaver; could have used a mini-fridge and microwave in the room; also no business center (wanted to print out our boarding passes), WiFi wasn't terribly reliable; had some issues connecting occasionally; […] overall though, we enjoyed our stay there. Old hotel, room bath room had leaking toilet and sink faucet. Location close to falls.
The hotel could use some work, but overall you got what you paid for. I had no complaints. Denny's was closed down for most of my visit, which was a pain! but other than that is was ok.

Went in February, very icy and cold. No tourists, no waiting, no paying to park, hotel pool and sauna were empty every night. Reccommend going in the off-season!

If you're looking for a convenient, inexpensive place to stay this is it. The hotel is going thruogh renovations so some things are not quite up to par right now. While the tub was clean the surface was chipping badly and in need of repair. We had hoped to eat at the Denny's inside the restaurant but due to the renovations breakfast was being served […] in the bar lounge area. It was 15 minute min. wait for a Weds morning. It worked for me, close to the falls and casino. I was able to walk to everywhere I wanted to go. The hotel was so-so, but the price was great. I got what I paid for and would stay here again.

The Front Desk Clerk was great. Very accommodating and helpful. The room was very clean, but clearly rundown. Paint peeling off the bathroom walls, shower/bath didn't drain well.

This is a no frills hotel. It's older, so things are not brand new. Our room was comfortable, but def out of date. One of the beds had a blanket with a cigarate hole in it. Bathroom had lots of chipped floor and bathtub was discolored. But it was clean. Waited a ridiculously long time at the front desk to check in. There was only one woman working the […] desk with about 15 people in line. That being said, she was very nice and helped us check in slowly but surely. The best part about this hotel is location. From the hotel grounds you can walk to both the American and Canadian side of the falls. For the price, it was worth it for us to visit Niagara for a short visit. Read more
"Clean room! Slow check in... could have used more"
The location and price were right. The room was clean. Check in was slow but I believe a bus had unloaded just before we arrived so I had to give overlook that. It was still slightly frustrating considering I couldn't check in until 3PM and I had an event to attend at 5 PM. I was also frustrated that upon arrival of my room, there were only 2 towels […] for 5 people. We wanted to shower before the event but had to run to get more towels first. That made us arrive later than we wanted to our event. Also, the light in the entryway was burnt out. This hotel charges a $25 early check in fee even if you arrive just an hour early.... I was willing to pay it because I wanted to get ready for my event but no room was available until check in time anyway. Read more

This hotel is in the perfect location for walking to the falls. The price can't be beat either. The room was clean and comfortable. I couldn't get the wifi to work though. :( I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

this hotel is good for a short stay. easy to reach nearby attractions but not the cleanest and best stop if you are picky. you get what you pay for. Denny's resturant is adjacent to the lobby so it is convenient for breakfast.
Very chip, but not clean and no service, no shimpo, and smeel very bad.
Probably was a very nice hotel at one time. Needs some TLC now. Room was large, but carpet was dirty and worn out. Stains on cushions of sofa bed.

The best two things in the hotel were the bed and the location, walk distance of the falls. I little remodeling work in the bathroom to improve the appearance will be wonderful. But overall I was satisfied with the hotel, I will recommend it .

The Hotel Room was poorly lit, and several of the lamps didn't work. There was clear waterdamage along the floor and seen on the tiles of the drop ceiling. There was loose drywall chipping off the base of the wall where it met the carpet. The bathroom didn't have a shower curtain, and when we called for one it never arrived. The windows were disgusting […] and looked like they had never been washed. Overall the room was by far the worst part of our trip to Niagara Falls and I will never stay in this hotel again. We stayed only one night.The best thing is the location.Just minutes of walking to the niagara state parkanother plus is that .they have a 24 hr denny's in thier lobby.But the hotel room as such needed some serious remodeling.

Hotel is in an excellent location. Within walking distance to most of the sights. Rooms were clean except for the rugs but as we were leaving the hotel staff was cleaning the rugs. Price was reasonable so I would stay here again.

I found it from hotels.com, caz it is so close the niagara falls. so I chosed it. the front desk girl nice, and the cleaner also very good. but the elevator is old. Go STAIRS BETTER AND FASTER. and only one of the twos works. But except it, anything else very good. thx
"The Days Inn Niagara at The Falls"
This hotel is in a great loction. Just a five minute walk to the park. It was very convenient having a Dennys in the lobby for coffee and breakfast. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. It is a little run down and could use some TLC, but if your not super picky it will work out fine. The rates are also very reasonable. We would stay there again.

I requested a non-smoking room and a cigarette butt was in the heater/air conditioner vent, the bathtub was very dirty and the coffee pot was not emptied of coffee grounds and was dirty. I had recomended this hotel to my niece who was coming to Maine for my daughters wedding and wish I had not. Room 304

So-so facilities, but very good location. Denny's restaurant on premises has a very good wait staff and the least competent, most surly hostesses on the planet.

poor condition of the carpet with mold in corners, uneven lumpy surface under the carpet on the floor, holes in the sheets (which may have been old cigarette burns though our room was non-smoking), a nice view blurred by dirty windows, a bathroom with hair in the tube, peeled and cracked surface under the bath mat in the tub, and overall poorly updated […] and maintained physical elements created too much distraction from our enjoyment of the place. The staff overall was courteous, friendly helpful, and timely. Update the hotel's internal physical state to match the staff's very pleasant demeanor and the cost will be worth it.
