    The staff is absolutely beyond belief helpful, professional, responsive to any request, upbeat and proactive. The inn was definitely in need of updating... but the rooms were VERY clean and every amenity was provided. The shuttle also takes you to restaurants within a specified area and the drivers are very knowledgeable about any question you may have. The front desk welcomed us even as they were taking care of others, continued to include all of us in the 'banter' and established a 'community' atmosphere that was not overbearing, just very comfortable. Great place to stay, one caveat, we were in building 5 and got lost trying to get to the shuttle in the morning.     Excellant large suite room with flat screen TV and small kitchenette. Beautiful shaded pool. Free parking and free breakfast buffet make this a great stop-over before or after flights.

    The hotel was not the type of Residence Inn we expected but it was clean and comfortable. It seemed run-down and just plain tired. However, they were remodeling the lobby (there was plastic tarp half covering the reception desk when we checked in) so there is hope. The area was ok, but not a lot close by to get meals - you definitely needed a car. I […] will say I was disappointed with the "business center" being in the room where they serve breakfast. I think I would rather have had the desk staff print my boarding passes. The best part of the stay was the staff - they were the nicest, friendliest, most helpful front desk people I have ever seen in my life and I have traveled quite a bit. If you're only looking for a place to stay before your flight, I would definitely recommend this hotel. If you're looking for comfort, convenience and ambience, this is not for you. Read more

    We were in the 2bdr, 2ba suite and loved it. The people at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.
