Our trip was great. The Hotel was close to our childrens' home, which made it very convenient. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The Hotel and... surrounding grounds were beautiful and well kept. The bed was a little firm for "me", although very comfortable for my wife. The breakfast was quite adequate and fresh each morning. Although, I thought the reviews stated a full breakfast, not a continental breakfast. I was expecting more. Although, it was quite adequate to meet our needs. Upon Arrival discovered I could not use credit card of my choice only one room was reserved with was told by front desk I would hve to call expedia mt self she was less than helpfull. Pool was being refinished and couldn't be used , no one mentioned that upon reserving, once again front desk really didnt care.

It would've been nice if there was a DVD player and a mini fridge like most hotel rooms do. My husband rented a movie and also got some ice cream bars prior to checking into our room. When we got to our room we were not very happy to find no DVD player and no fridge. Other than that the overall stay and amenities were fine.

Very comfortable and near the equestrian arena. It was a little confusing to find, tucked behind other businesses but when we did, it was worth it. The breakfast was excellent. The pillows were marked: "Firm" and "Soft"!!! That was an unexpected PLUS for us. Wish all hotels did that.

The hotel was nice and clean. The problem we had is that the staff smokes behind the building. The smoke made its way into our room via the air condtioner, even when it was not running, and yes our window was closed. Other than the smoke getting into our room the hotel was very nice.

I was worried about some of the negative reviews, but there seem to be some of those in just about any place. I don't know why Monroe-area hotels are so expensive, but they didn't seem justified. Large, clean room, everything worked, and one of the better breakfasts I've had with a hotel.

This was a nice, quaint hotel in Monroe. The breakfast was delicious and the people were nice. The hotel was quiet and clean. I would stay there again.

I have stayed here a couple times and it is just getting worse. Next time I have to be in Monroe for an event I will try to book the Best Western. The prices are always high in Monroe, for the same price I could have had a 4* in Seattle. The rooms are not clean, the bedding is worn, the carpets need cleaning, and this time my room smelled like old sweaty […] gym clothes that had been left in a hot locker for a few months.....in other words disgusting. The bathroom was OK, good size, enough counter space and the towels were plentiful. The TV was old, but I didn't spend any more time in the room than I had to so I didn't watch it much. Everything was great! Well stocked breakfast bar. Only issue was problems with wi-fi in the room. When brought to staff's attention, they were quick to respond to correct issue.

Overally this was a nice hotel. It comparable to a Holiday Inn Express or Hampton Inn. Breakfast was nearly indentical to either. Staff was very helpful during the entire stay. My only complaint was that my room smelled smokey and musty despite being in a Non-Smoking Room. I informed the front desk but unfortunately they had no other room to move me […] to. This Hotel was excellent for being quiet. You did not hear any noise from the hall or outside. The hotel staff were very helpful when asking for a good place to eat. I would stay there again and will on my next visit to the area.

We have stayed at the Guest house a few years ago when we came down for a horse show. Even tho for this visit we came down to see my horse that is in Snohomish Washington we decided to come stay back at your hotel. We found the area was great for us. Good restaurants.
