The breakfast was ok, but not a lot of variety: just scrambled eggs and sausage in a warmer, bagels, cereal, instant oatmeal, and juice. Other than that... it was a good hotel. Staff was extremely helpful. If you are going to Ft. Lee, this is the place to stay. It's only 5 minutes from Ft. Lee. There are lots of restaurants nearby and it's only about 10 minutes away from a mall with more restaurants nearby. Everything is easy to find. Staff was incredibly rude, they contiuously hassled all guests over inconsequential issues which included issues that all of the guests where in agreement over. In addition to being rude in general, the staff did not handle themselves in any way that could be considered close to proffesional or cordial, which should be expected at a hotel.

We stayed at this hotel to bring our daughter back to college. The comforter had nasty stains in it that could have been washed out. The duvet had red drink stains in it. We had to request clean bed linen from the front desk. I went to brush my teeth and was greeted by a roach on the sink counter.

the room was very comfortable, but i could hear alot of noise coming from other rooms, and it needed some repairs done, like around doors, etc. appeared to be old. the bed was very comfortable, tv worked. had a coffee maker which was nice. toilet seat too low. i have back problems and had trouble with it.over all this was nice.

The Staff were very nice and the service was excelent. The breakfest was more then I expected, altho most last till 10:00, it was a little early to have to get up. The stores and resturants were right there, and we could not have been closer to Fort Lee {3 mins.}. I would recomend this hotel to everyone.

First I must say that what I requested from the Hotels.com representative was not at all what I received. I requested a room with 2 beds and a sleeper sofa. I received a room with 2 beds and no sofa at all. The hotel cleaning staff was nice but the quality of cleanliness was not the best. The pillowcases had stains on them. The bathroom exhaust fan […] was so loud it over powered the volume of the TV. The toilet seat broke and we had to be moved to another room because there was no staff on duty. Yes, the second room exhaust was just as loud. The second room had so much carpet cleaner dust, we sneezed all night. The pool area was nice. Overall my stay was disappointing, beginning with not receiving the type of room requested by the Hotels.com staff and walking into a room with stains on the pillowcases. Read more
