Have stayed here a number of times, always pleasant place. Not a luxury inn by any means, but nice value for the money.

Hotel is clean, however there are tell tale signs of wear and tear that are not being fixed or corrected. Tile in the bathroom was loose behind the comode and it was just resting there instead of being cemented in.

The service was friendly enough, but the room was of questionable cleanliness and smelled funny, the light in the bathroom flickered constantly, tthe makeup mirror mounting was broken making the mirror unusable unless you held it with one hand. The cups were all very cheap plastic, the liner to the ice bucket was the wrong size (too small) the only […] ice machine was on the third floor (no signs to indicate it's location) and the prices on the vending machine offerings varied from floor to floor. Loved that we could get a smoking room. All but one person we talked to at the front desk had bad attitudes. We clean our own room when we stay in hotels just because its easier on us and the housekeeping, but getting new bedding after hours was a struggle. Smoking rooms next to non-smoking rooms, A lot of smoke in the hallway, Internet never worked in my room, in spite of calling the help desk, the management refused to reset the router because the wireless was working in the lobby and that was "good enough". Housekeeping did not clean my room, I had to ask to have it cleaned. Really poor experience!

My youth group attended a conference in Dallas, TX. The hotel check-in process was quick. The only problem I had with the cleanliness of the room was the carpet had stains in it. The staff was very courteous and attentive. The hot breakfast was nice, with eggs, sausage, cereal, pastry, waffles, juice and coffee. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was clean. Every morning they offered a very satisfying breakfast bar. We spent a lot of time at the hotel. You could hear the people in the room above, just walking around, and when they would vacuum. As a personal preference, I do not like any light coming into the room. The room fit my requirement. Clean, nice pillows, flat screen tv, free internet. The breakfast was a little lacking in quality. Eggs and meat were not up to other hotels standards (e.g. Hampton Inn).
