Great hotel. The king standard room was large with a small couch. The room was very clean and well kept. Breakfast was very frustrating, it took 30 minutes sometimes to just get our food since it did not accommodate enough people. This hotel was great! However, they only have an indoor pool, not an in and outdoor one like hotels.com states. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. They go out of their way to help you. The hotel is very easy to find.

Was suppose to have king size bed got to double said they were all booked and was right across from ice machine didn.t get any rest will not use hotels .com after this

Staff and especially beakfast attendant were very helpful. I worked as a Sales Manager for a HI Express and know the standards. The housekeeping staff does a fabulous job in Sanitation. Our to bedroom suite was perfect for a couple with two teens. would reccomend and will stay again when visiting family

Hotel's location is very difficult to access especially for travelers not familiar with the area. There needs to be more signage to guide guests into the hotel. Pool is very small and only indoor, bascially fit for small children. Breakfast was very good, but needs to be available a bit longer. It's taken away around 9:30, which is OK for business travellers, […] but for those on vacation who like to sleep in or have children that they need to get ready for the day, breakfast is likely gone by the time these people roll out. One of the reasons we picked the hotel was the free full breakfast, but missed it most times and had to go buy breakfast for everyone. Breakfast selection was very good. The computer off the lobby with free internet access needs to be updated-runs very slow and crashes. I like to check my emails on a lobby computer which is easier to read than smart phones. Workout room had outdated equipment, could use an eliptical machine in place of one of the two treadmills. No floor room to do any kind of stretching or floor excercises. Lobby was very clean, and coffee always available. Poor quality toilets, blocked up easily. Hotel had a water leak over the breakfast room, by overhearing the staff it appeared that they were guessing where the leak was. Every day they were patching the ceiling but failed to located and correct the leak. Staff was very nice and friendly and accommodating. Overrall, the rates should be a little bit better than the surrounding hotels due to this hotel being a bit behind the others. We loved this hotel and will defintely stay there again. The Jacuzzi was awesome, the room was ultra clean and the bed was so comfortable!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The suite was spotlessly clean. The beds and linens were immaculate and very comfy. The entire staff was cheerful and always made us feel welcome. And we enjoyed the hot breakfast every morning. We will definately recommend this hotel to our family and friends.

Checked in for the Myrtle Beach fall bike rally. I was very impressed with the friendliness of the entire staff here. I travel alot and they were top notch! The room was spacious and comfortable. I will visit here again in the spring.

Only gripe is our room one side of the bed was blocked by the air conditioner and you had to climb over the bed. Food 25 feet from the front door and not too far of a drive from the beach.

DO NOT get a room with a Jacuzzi it doesn't work and for sure not worth the Money will never stay there again Was not satisfied at all!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hotel was comfortable for our weekend stay. Breakfast was good. Our trash can in room was not emptied each day and the hotel carpet in hallways and hallways was very worn and stained..need replaced.

Close to fishing, not far from the beautifiul huningtion beach state park, which the hotel offers free passes to, instead of paying $8/person. About 10 minutes from Myrtle Beach. Excellent location unless you're wanting to stay very close to Myrtle Beach. Beds are pretty firm, small, and not too comfortable. Although the hotel is very modern, clean, […] & spacious. Breakfast is really good, nice staff. Only complaint are that the beds are too small & firm. Also don't leave valuables in room when leaving the hotel in the A.M. when housekeeping goes to clean because my Rainbow Sandals disappeared... We were very pleased with the location (Easily access 17 business and 17 bypass). Also, we were more than pleased with the breakfast buffet. It was nice to find different options each morning. We definately plan on staying here again on our next beach trip!

This is a great hotel and great value a short distance from the beach. Close to everything you need. The rooms are spacious and clean. Morning breakfast is average. I recommend the Cracker Barrel right next door.

Overall good for the price. The staff friendliness was ok. If we had questions it seemed to be a bother for them to try and answer. Close to most all beach activities.

I liked the location and room rate. I also liked the amenities of a treadmill (although thats all there is in the "gym"), laundry room, and pool (only indoor and packed with kids). Great price for business travelers during high season. Indoor but no outdoor pool was a dissappointment. Television needs updating is the only other negative.

Stayed here on business for just one night and it was one of the lowest rates for the area and you know what you are getting with a Holiday Inn Express. My only complaint was the free WiFi signal was so weak in my room and I was on the first floor right by the lobby. My 87 yr old mother and I went to MB for a wedding. The hotel accomdations was satisfactory. The staff was very nice, the complimentary morning breakfast was good.

What can I say except that it was a nice place. Kelly at the front desk was awesome. We enjoyed the stay and will be back. The review is 10 out of 10 and I will be coming back here. Local to everything.

This hotel was not bad at all. The location was awesome and the room was ok. There were 2 bugs on one of the beds but I think that was from the window. The breakfast was amazing. One of the best I have ever had at a hotel. Everything was fresh and the lady that was stocking the food was super nice.

Clean, friendly staff, good breakfast, and the price was right. What more do you need. Honestly, if the location is right for you, this is a great choice.

We had a group of 9 adults meeting for a special occasion. 5 of us shared the 2 room suite, but we all were able to gather and share a special time in comfort and where we all could see & speak to one another. The space made the trip for us. Also, the breakfast was good and had a variety of foods to choose from. whirlpool tub had no hot water, bathroom sink could not adjust hot to cold water effectively and very low water pressure in shower.

Convienent location, close enough to Myrtle Beach but yet far away enough to get out of the hussel and bussel. Nice update with new entry, new lobby furnishings, great updated rooms, nice new colors on the outside of the building. I enjoyed the continental bkft with the added eggs and sausage. With location close to a grocery store, a small indoor mall, […] several restaurants. I love it that it is between the end of the business 17 and 17 by-pass. This hotel has been recently remodeled and I would highly recommend staying here. It's in a great location for all the Murrells Inlet attractions. It's one of the nicer places I've stayed in this area period.

Lower-tech, better-appointments-than usual for a Holiday Inn Express. We had a very nice room, recently re-furnished. Pillows nice, but bed not to my liking (I woke up with a sore back) -- not a strike for all, just for me. Hotel lacked public access computer in lobby as most HIE's have; will be a nice addition once they get it in.

Courteous staff, clean and comfortable rooms. No problem with "noisey neighbors".

The hotel was nice and the staff was excellent. Shortly put i lost my wallet in the fitness center and it was returned with all of my credit cards and cash included. ( i credit this to the staff and the patron who found the wallet) The people were very nice and informative. The only downside were the pringles crumbs and the starburst the cleaning people […] must have missed. Lastly the internet is poor. I have been staying at hotels over the past week while looking for houses and have to work remotely. That part was very frustrating as the speed was capped at around 50kb per sec. It was a very clean hotel. Plenty of space for a family. close to everything. only thing kids didn't like was the fact it only had indoor pool but they got over it considering we were gone doing things or at beach anyway. Was very impressed and would stay there again.

The room was beautiful. It looked like it had been redone recently. The bed linens were beautiful and SO comfortable. The only complaint I have is that I was spoiled and did not want to go back to my bedroom at home!
