    I have stayed at this hotel several times. It is very clean and decor is very nice. The room was large and it had a great free breakfast. The only problem I had this time is you can hear doors banging down the hallways pretty loudly. They woke me up at 6:30am and continued until I got up at 8:30. I am not sure how they can remedy this tho.

    Their table lamps didn't have very good bulbs; kind of dim. The remote needed new batteries and we had to go ask for them. They borrowed one from an empty room; they didn't have extra light bulbs or batteries!! The little fridge quit working and the ice cream we put in the freezer melted!! Disappointing.

    Staff was friendly and efficient. The hot breakfast was great, scrambled eggs, bacon, waffles and more. Food was replenished often and staff was there to help. Beds were comfortable. I would stay here again!

    The room was very clean, roomy & comfortable. The continental breakfast had alot of food, tasty too. I highly recommend this hotel. Can't beat the Price either.

    Overall it is a good experience. But the cleanness of the hotel is not satisfying. The carpet looks very dirty, the room smells, and the toilet leaks all the time.

    We both loved the Comfort Inn at Florence. It was definitely comfortable! My husband raved about the bed. I wish we'd had more time to spend there... absolutely recommend this Inn. Good breakfast too!

    I was very happy with the service of not only Hotels.com reservationist but also the front desk person. The King size bed and six pillows were very comfortable!! Great mini-trip!

    Nice family hotel...clean,non smelly rooms..good location.very clean spa. They need to add few more chairs for the breakfast room.otherwise our family stay was very pleasant and peaceful
