It looks they might be trying to resurrect this old gal. Serious attention needs to be paid to the walkways and hallways. Everything needs a good pressure washing, and in my opinion daily. There is no excuse for dirt. The room while tidy, smelled as if the surfaces had been wiped down with a sour rag. Nothing smells worse than that. When we walked into […] the front door vestibule, there was a dirty rag in the corner. Not a great welcome to the front desk. There is a tired dingy sadness about the entire property. It was a great location to the race tracks and race shops. The only bad thing is the train tracks next to the hotel and the trains that go by at different times during the night.

Older hotel in good shape. Thank goodness it has the old in room air conditioners. It was the perfect white noise for the train. Hotel is right next door from Amtrak park and go! We stopped on a NHRA race weekend so I think the rates were a little higher than normal. No Waffles on breakfast bar. No extras here but good clean value for our money.

The person at the counter was rude, when I quesiond why he was writing down my credit card info on a peice of paper his response was "go stay somewhere else". Very old, needs updating. Got an in-room call at 12:18AM from someone who claimed that the computers were down and wanted my information. Obviously they were trying to steal my identity. Called the cops. Cancelled my 3rd night. Not happy.

The only ice machine was a long walk and I had a broken knee, but once I was settled in the room I never left until check out the next morning. Everything was excellent for the price! Breakfast in the morning, pool during the day and gym to work out in at night. Friendly staff and close to highway and many restaurants.

very disappointed in the management. Unconcerned about false advertisement. info indicated microwaves in rooms. but did not have any in the rooms. the wifi did not work in the rooms had to stand on the balcony to get connected then it would disconnect. when reported the manager said his was working fine. REALLY?? Will not recommend this hotel.

The only bad part of the stay was the crazy lane to our immediate right that you need to hop right into once you get off I85. Watch out for speedy traffic that doesn't want to let you merge; the hotel is easy to miss because of this merge/access lane. Other than that, the hotel stay was really nice. Clerks were friendly. Room was nice, bed was comfy, […] as were the pillows. Room had a little fridge/freezer, too. Shower water pressure and temp was good. Does have those skinny little white hotel towels, which aren't big enough for much, but that's no big deal. We brought a couple of our normal towels just because I remembered. We chose this place over another in the area b/c it had a king option and my 6'2" fiance really likes a bigger bed. Read more

Room was great. Only complaint would have been that the AC was loud when it was running, but the AC was working fine which was great since it was near 100 degrees everyday of our visit. Pool and workout facilities were clean. Would definitely stay there again, and recommend to friends/family.
