"BW is a safe bet"
Overall room was nice, modern and clean. Mattress was comfortable and flat screen tv had ample channels. Breakfast bar food was good and fresh. Well worth the price. I would and do plan to stay there in the future.
"OK but would probably stay again..."
Room basically comfortable, decent bed and pillows, etc...bathroom roomy, good towels. Had a toilet problem and had to go get a plunger and "do it yourself" vs. someone to help out. The breakfast was sufficient but I think closed too early at 9:30! I was recently at a Hampton Inn and they kept the breakfast open until 10:30 which was great. When we […] checked in they had us downstairs in a non-smoking room but it smelled of old smoke and heavy fragrance to cover it up...we ask to be moved and they readily moved us upstairs which was much better. "Nice room, but plumbing problem"
The room was nice and was even better than advertised, I thought. It was clean, spacious and cool! Was glad I had looked over prior reviews and saw there was no elevator. There's only one flight of stairs, but they are STEEP! Only complaint is that the bathroom sink didn't drain properly. I told the front desk about it and they said they'd have someone […] look at it. "Not the Best Western"
hotels.com and the Best Western had trouble with my reservation when I arrived. The hotel has an entrance going into the middle of the hotel with only stairs at either end of the hallway, then you have go back to the center of the hotel to get to the room. You could hear people in their rooms talking, very thin doors and walls. Vending on the 2nd floor […] was unplugged and dark in the area, so you have to go back down the long hallway to get to vending at the other end of the hotel. The pillows smelled like mens aftershave, so I'm not sure if they had even been washed. Had to walk across a parking lot to get to the pool which had several people that were not hotel guests in it. "Easy stop right off main freeways"
My only complaint was having to kill a cock roach upon entering the room. Otherwise, the service was nice and the continental breakfast was great. They even let me do late check out which was not offered online. Definitely worth the price point if you're just stopping off in Natchitoches for one night.
"Pleasant people and room"
I found the check-in easy and quick and the clerk gave me a very nice room on the first floor. Everyone smiled when they saw you. I had to call back after checking out and the clerk was very professional and faxed me within 5 minutes (after calling me back because I gave her the wrong fax number!) just as she had promised. excellent staff. "Best Western in Natchitoches"
All the employees were great. If I needed directions, they gladly provided them. When I was looking for last minute items for a wedding, they told me exactly where the store was located and provided a map. This was a very pleasant stay and I appreciated all the smiles and help they gave.

Excellent service. Rooms were clean, organized, well kept, staff was helpful, courteous, and prompt in answering questions. The breakfast buffet was among the best we've enjoyed. A wide selection of hot food, serving and eating area was clean, food items were well-stocked. Hot food was kept hot, cold food was kept cold. "Best Western Hotel in Natchitoches, LA"
Although the hotel is outside of the city of Natchitoches, access to the city is fast & easy. Room was clean and well maintained.
"Good place to stay"
This was a very clean hotel. The service was great, the staff was friendly, and it was quiet. The only problem I might have was that the location was crowded. However, the stay was great.
