There were softball teams at the hotel when we were so later at night there was a lot of slamming doors that made our door shake. And a couple times we went to the pool and there were no towels to dry off with, as the dirrections stated. The pool was very warm and my kids lived it. Do not stay here!!! The staff was completely unprofessional and even agumentative at times. There were problems with our room from the beginning but the hotel staff refused to do anything to make things right. This included the pull out loveseat with stains all over the mattress and therefore it could not even be used. I would NEVER stay here again […] and I do not recommend that you do either. Read more

Room was dated and very cold inside. We kept our winter coats on sat in the bed for better part of an hour. The next morning we went for breakfast, in the breakfast room there was a local girl laying on the couch watching a movie, We enjoy the news in the morning. Bring your earplugs because the trucks and other noise from the parking lot and busy highway will be constant background noise. This town needs more hotels. The price is much higher than the quality of the accomodations.

Great Hotel Stay! Convenient Room on first floor so didn't have to wait for Elevators. Pool was great for the kids to unwind especially due to a major storm outside. Breakfast was delicious! And the room was perfect and nice and clean.

It would be nice if you would put directions into the Motel from both East and the West on your confirmations. We thought it was closer into Warsaw on Rt. 30, not realizing that the name of the street was Rt. 30. They we very helpful helping us on the telephone.

This Holiday Inn Express is just as good, in most regards, as other similar motels we have used in the past. We had good service at the front desk and a clean, well equipped room. We especially appreciated that the hotel managed to maintain order and quiet even though it was filled with children, many part of a softball league. The one area of deficiency […] was with the "hot breakfast." I was satisfied with the options available (sausage gravy & biscuits are fine with me), but my wife thought the only other option, pre-made "omelets," were pretty poor. However, the unarguable fact was that the milk refrigerator was stocked with SPOILED milk. I sampled one carton of 2% and one carton of skim. Both were spoiled; the skim milk actually poured out in chunks! All the cartons were within the expiration period, but that doesn't matter if it is SPOILED. There was no attendant in the breakfast room when I discovered this so I took the carton of chunky milk to the front desk. The clerk said she would bring it to the attention of the breakfast attendant. I only stayed there for another half hour, but during that time nothing was done. Not a good sign, to fail to take prompt action on a really critical food problem...someone could very easily have been made sick. A serious blot on an otherwise good experience. Read more

The only problems were the breakfast. They had no knives either morning we stayed. How do you run out of plastic knives? Spreading butter on bagels, and cutting the Canadian bacon was a challenge. Ran out of cranberry juice 30 minutes into the breakfast hour the second day.

When we got to the hotel the person that was checking us in seemed to be upset that we bothered her while she was in her office. there were alot of kids in the hotel swimming pool which was fine but seemed like the reasoning behind her rudeness. Then when we got to our room there was a dirty sock in the bathroom and there was an empty diet mountain […] dew bottle on the floor we told the first shift attendant the state of the room he seemed o well about it I would normal not say any thing but my wife and i stay at alot of hotels when we go out on a date and this is the most we have spent on one in a while so to say we weren't satisfied would be an understatement. The people were all friendly from front desk to breakfast server. Bed was too hard for my taste. Breakfast had a good but not great selection. My heater unit would cycle and be loud but once I was asleep it never bothered me

Regular HI Express somewhat on the outskirts of the Warsaw but right on the Rt. 30 highway. Comfortable room, standard HIE breakfast (eggs were somewhat burned the whole week), has nice looking small pool (didn't use) and comfortable workout room. Was very clean when you walked into the lobby. Ck in was easy and uncomplicated. We had a King Suite. The room was very clean and the bed could not have been better. The only slight complaint is the heater. It was noisy when it kicked on. Thanks for a great experience.

The hotel provided what we were looking for. Two queen beds relatively close (1 hour) from South Bend Indiana and the Notre Dame football game. The included buffet breakfast was good. The disappointment was that the first room that we were in had a pet stay recently and it triggered our allergies (bearable but not comfortable). Very clean and the breakfast was above average, but if you're a light sleeper, road noise will be a bother. The hotel is located less than 100 yards from a major highway (as major as you'll get in Indiana anyway). Normally, I'd just turn on the A/C fan and hope it overtakes the ambient noise but the A/C units in the room cycle on and off ever 15 minutes […] or so. Apparently they're designed that way. Also, be forewarned that the front desk personnel are far below what you'd expect from a hotel of this price. From our experience, they're not rude or anything of the sort, but they're far less than helpful or friendly. Overall, disappointed. There are better places in Warsaw; I recommend you check those hotels out first. Read more

We got a king bed suite, and i walk into the room and the AC grating is hanging off its hinges. Fine, I snapped it back in, but then the thing made loud obnoxious noises when turned to low or high cool. Not a pleasant night. Pool closes too early. all in all, i wasn't impressed. Very, very clean, well-kept facilities. Convenient parking and close to several good restaurants. Very comfortable beds. Super-quick check-in. No hassles at all! Very positive. Pool is very small. Maybe disappointing for kids. Front desk staff moderately friendly. Breakfast was nice, but pretty ho-hum quality.
