Excellent service. The breakfast in the morning was very good too. The hotel was extremely clean and the staff was ready to help at any moment. The only complaint I had was the bed. It was hard as a rock. I prefer sleeping on something a little softer. Even still, I had a very wonderful experience at this hotel.

The bathroom smells very bad. Had to keep the bath room door closed. Breakfast was great! The room air conditioner sounded like a semi-truck. I definitively over paid.

Hotel was clean and well kept. The breakfast buffet was great as well as the staff that prepared and maintained the dining area. Everyone at the hotel was very helpful and willing to do what it took to ensure our stay was perfect.

I thought it was a very clean place for a pet friendly facility. I do not have pets so I was a little leery but you would have never known that pets were welcome. Location is about 6 miles from Highway but was easy to find. Will be staying at this hotel again.

Our room door would not lock, but was taken care of within two hours. Front Desk staff checked to make sure that our personal items were not disturbed. It's a pet friendly hotel but i didn't know they put you in a smoking room. We had to sleep with the window open in the winter and the heat on because the smell was so bad. I wish i would've known that ahead of time. I'm so glad we were only staying one night. There isn't an elevator so you need to drag your luggage up the stairs. The staff were friendly but the interior of the rooms needed some help. The shower was rusting around the drain and there was a fair amount of painted over water damage to the ceiling in the bathroom. The bed was comfortable and the appearance of the room nice. The last bit of news, no hot water for showers. Just warm enough to clean.

My husband and I wanted to go away for a romantic weekend and we chose Frankfort because it's very rural and we figured the hotel wouldn't be too crowded and we were right. We had the pool and hot tub all to ourselves, which was great. Our room, however, left a little to be desired. Overall it was clean and comfortable. There was granite around the […] bathroom sink and the bed was comfortable and the sheets were soft. But I couldn't find the ice bucket (I did later, they put it in a weird place), so I went down to the front desk to get a new one and the receptionist hands me one that was completely disgusting. It had sticky stuff on it with hairs in it. I can't believe she handed me this bucket like there was nothing wrong with it. But it didn't matter because the ice machine on our floor didn't work anyway. We finally found the one in our room under the night table and it was clean, but we had to go to another floor for ice. We got the room with the whirlpool tub in it and it appeared to be very clean and we ran the tub, got in, and turned on the jets. A couple minutes after we turned the jets on, all this brown stuff appeared in the water. Like, A LOT of it. It looked like maybe rust? I'm not sure, but it was gross. The whirlpool was unusable and was definitely not romantic. We alerted the manager the next morning and they were very friendly and gave us a half off discount on our stay. I can't say it was a horrible stay. Had we found the ice bucket in our room and stayed in a normal room instead of a whirlpool room it would've been a great room. And they were responsive when there was a problem. I really enjoyed the pool and the hot tub and breakfast was good. The hotel was quiet (the reason we chose it in the first place), not difficult to get to, and in good condition. Would I stay there again? Sure. But not in the whirlpool room. We enjoyed this hotel's accomodations and the breakfast offerings were very nice, well-maintained. It was clean also. The hotel is a little out of the way for activities in West Lafayette, but it wasn't an inconvenient distance, and besides, it gave us a little more of the area to explore and enjoy.

My wife and I were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. We book it last minute to stay after a late Purdue football game. The room had a two-person hot tub, which we had no idea about. I did NOT get anything that I was proimised by Hotel.Com. I asked for a first floor room and was put on the second floor. I asked for two queen beds and I got a king size bed. None of the outside doors worked, so when I took my dog out, I had to go thru the lobby. Of course, they blamed it all on Hotels.com. Not satisfied at all!!!!!

We stayed in the HI Frankfort to drop our son off at Purdue. We liked the hotel staff, the condition of the hotel, the brekfast, and the area. It is a bit of a drive to Purdue but managable. We would stay here again. Quiet, comfortable, inviting, good hotel.

Located just south of Lafayette, IN, (15-20 minutes) the home of Purdue University, it provided a very reasonable alternative to the local "jacked-up" football weekend prices. The hotel was a few miles off of I-65, but not that far. The hotel was clean and well run. It was a very nice Holiday Inn Express. No complaints and no issues.

More of a 'days inn' than Holiday inn Express feel. Overpriced for the nasty carpets and grimy bathrooms, but I guess it's the only gig in town. Great cornfield views (as advertised ;))
