Overall I was very pleased with this Best Western. Nice staff, clean. Location is a little weird (behind a Denny's) but the rooms were quiet and traffic noise was minimal. Pool stayed pretty busy on the weekend so I just had one quiet dip Sunday morning.

Being right off the freeway was a touch sketchy, but the location was so convenient to the Spartan Race we were participating in. Also very close to movies and great restaurants. The room was way clean, and the bed was comfortable. The complementary breakfast was what you'd expect - definitely not as good as the King's Chef Diner (minutes away).

Repeat trip for overnight business trip. Hotel is good, staff is friendly and efficient. Breakfast is good, save the powered eggs which are the same everywhere. Although the hotel was nice and the staff was friendly, the actual room offered on the hotels.com website was not a room that the hotel even offered. We booked a business king, which according to hotels.com is a room with a king bed and then a smaller bed (the description did not say if it would be a twin or a double, but nonetheless, a small bed). […] However, upon checkin, we were informed that the only rooms with two beds would either be two double beds, or a king bed and a pull out sofa bed. We were VERY pleased with this stay overall. The only place I felt had room for improvements were the pass key locks, both on the entry doors and the room. We were very happy with this stay, the room was so clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for our business conference which was right down the street, and I loved the fact that there were gas stations and resturants within walking distance.

The quality of Service and Clenliness of this hotel were average. The amenities were lees than advertised/expected. internet did not work because of wifi router failure. The hot tub only worked for one day of my stay. There is no "room service" as advertised - it is provided by third parties - you can call for meal deliver to any local Chinese, pizza […] or regular restaurant. Small continental breakfast area with insufficient seating. Bacon greasy, gravy, bland, coffee (had to ask attendant to make more because urns were empty and she was busy texting.) I had reserved 4 rooms with a rollaway 3 months ago...paid in advance. When I went to check in they told me I had 3 rooms...good thing I had printed my reservation showing 4. The young man called someone from the back area and she came out and looked at the screen and my reservation and told him something. He did a few things and never apologized, never […] told me he could give me 4 rooms. I had to ask.."So you have 4 rooms for me?" He said..."She is working on it". Then I also said "I had requested a rollaway in a room". Another gal walked by in Red hair and said "Oh yes, I remember you calling and I forgot to put it on the reservation, I will get one in that room now." She was apologetic and that was nice - but when I went to check on the room..the roll away was brought into the room and there was NO room in the Double room for a roll away unless Staff would have moved the table by the window over against another wall. There 3 elderly ladies in there and this was not going to happen. They said not to worry about it. Not sure if they tried to squeeze the mattress on the floor or what. The night stay in itself was great...we loved being so close to the World Arena where our conference was. Loved being able to walk over to Dennys for a late snack and visit with others from the conference. Tucked back away from the "main road" but once you find it it is quite nice. Room was large and comfortable though a bit dark. TV was large-size (old) rather than flat-screen, and few channels available. But for the price it is a good deal.
