Everything is okay except the breakfast area is so small that guests have to wait in long lines just to be seated, food was basic, eggs,bacon, cereals, toasts, so dont expect a buffet style with much choices.

Great location if you are skiing at Heavenly. So-so hotel. It will do if you are looking for a basic hotel/motel but isn't fancy in any way. Sound of fridge in the room was loud at night. Breakfast was decent.

This hotel is good for everything, but I would not come back for two problems. Its WiFi does not provide enough capacity, and I could not sign in at the night due to too many subscribers. The breakfast menu is wonderful, but the lobby area hosting it is tight, especially on the peak weekend days.

My hubby and I stayed for only one night at this hotel but we were very pleased with it. The room was clean, neat, and had all the basic amenities: soap, lotion, shampoo, etc. They have more basic supplies at the front desk, which came in handy since I forgot to bring our toothbrushes. The only complaint I have is there was only 1 person working the front desk for check-in and answering phones on a Friday afternoon. It took about 20 minutes before I was helped out by the assistant manager at the front desk. He was very apologetic, friendly, and personable once I was checking in with him. The bathroom floor is EXTREMELY slippery even with a very small amount of water. The location was perfect! Far enough away from the crowds and noise, but only about a 7 minute walk to the casinos. Our room was on the first floor next to the indoor spa. The room was very dark and smelled terrible. The bathroom also smelled nasty, and I could not find where the smell was coming from. My computer was hacked into and found overseas charges on one of my credit cards. When I mentioned it to the front desk staff that was checking me out, they avoided my eyes, mumbled something and did not address the issue. We enjoyed our one-night stay. The room was clean and comfortable, although I did notice a piece of floss on the outdoors stairs leading to our room. Because of the convenient location, we were able to walk to dinner and the concert we'd come to see.

The staff was very professional and considerate. The room was clean and beds were really comfortable. The bathroom was large and elegant. The tub drained very slowly, but overall it was a pleasant stay.

I give it 2 for friendly staff, I think for the price this hotel is not worth it. When we entered our room the room was not cleaned and there were stuff from previous guests in the room (bottle of wine, bag of snacks, etc.) we asked to go to another room and we got another room, however this room looked like not being completely cleaned either and there […] were hairs in the bathtub. For the price, I can't imagine a better place to stay for a ski weekend. Walking distance to restaurants, bars, and casinos, 5 minute drive to Heavenly. The breakfast was lackluster, but that's my only complaint.
