Hotel is good and clean. Access road is very easy to miss! If you miss you end up on the freeway and spend another 10 mins coming back. BIG DISSAPOINMENT. AIR CONDITIONER WASN'TT WORKING.. COULD NOT TAKE A SHOWER DUE TO BROKEN FAUCET. THIS SHOULD HAVE BEEN CHECKED PRIOR TO CHECK IN. ALSO LOTS OF HAIR LEFT IN ROOM FROM PREVIOUS GUESTS.

I recommend this hotel as an affordable option for families visiting Sea World, Balboa Park, or the San Diego Zoo. Only a mile and a half to Sea World, but the hotel does not offer shuttle service so you have to pay Sea World's $15 parking fee. We have stayed at this hotel during our prior visit to SeaWorld. The hotel is a 5 minute drive away from both SeaWorld and the airport. The hotel is clean and the rooms are well furnished and more spacious than a lot of other hotels I have stayed in. The hotel staff were helpful and accomodating. Although getting around San Diego always involves at least 2 freeways and a U-turn, this hotel was very close to Sea World, and only took us about 10 minutes to find. Booked the room since it was close to Sea World and I would stay here again. Rooms were clean and in great condition. Staff was nice and friendly. Offered free breakfast in the morning and it was good. I would recommend anyone to stay here and plan on staying here again next time we go to Sea World.

Despite the location the experience during our stay was exceptional. The staff was very very friendly and helpful and breakfast was much better than anticipated. Perhaps the only negative aspect was the limited number of parking spots but as there was a lot right across the street it was not really a problem.
