This is by far not the best Holiday Inn Express we have been to. It shows signs of heavy use. However, the Park and Fly option is convenient.

Won't stay again. The rooms were okay but everything else was dirty, broke or not well kept. The lock on the back door was broke so of you parked in rear you could not enter. The side lock was broke and the door was not secure. There was an old mattress hanging out in the hallway.

Overall satisfied, did have issues with room. The vent in the bathroom did not work so the bathroom became a sauna during showers. When I decided to leave the door open so the steam could escape the steam set off the smoke alarm. No one ever came to see why the alarm went off....makes me wonder about the safety. This hotel was very nice and close to airport. The breakfast was very good with a lot of choices. The room was very comfortable. The only negative was the drain in bath tub and sink were slow to drain. The front desk staff were exceptional! I would definately stay here again.

We arrived late to Phoenix and had an early departure. The shuttle came quickly and Luis at the desk was very helpful. The hot breakfast the next morning helped us on our way. Thanks for a great experience!

Clean room, a bit small. but adequate. Pool and jacuzzi was nice. Pretty close to a strip of restaurants as well. Unfortunately in room wireless Internet didnt work, tried 3 devices, no luck.

It was a great hotel with friendly staff. The front desk clerk (I believe his name was Duane) was very helpful in helping us find places to eat and the complimentary shuttle drivers were very helpful in telling us things to do/see in areas near the hotel. They also said the shuttle can take you to certain nearby locations on a complimentary basis as […] well. The room was clean and comfy queen size beds! The room came with a fridge and microwave, which was very handy for a weekend trip! My family and I really enjoyed our stay. After a long day on the road, we very much enjoyed the kind greeting by the young lady at the front desk and how quickly she checked us in. We got to the room exhausted from the long drive. We found the room to be very clean and the beds cleam and comfortable. We watched a great movie on TV and had a great nights […] sleep. Our room on ground floor was, unfortunately, rather noisy. We could hear toilets flushing & showers running off & on all nite. Our outside air fan also very noisy but we had to have fresh air. The room itself was very nice; no complaints there, excellent beds. We will request top floor next time. Location is very convenient to airport.

We had a very early morning flight the next day so getting an hotel near the airport with a free shuttle was important. The hotel room was clean if not a bit dark due to floresent light bulbs. But we are not looking for a luxury hotel. We wanted a clean room, queen size beds with coffee in the lobby in the morning was important. We ate dinner at the […] sister Hilton hotel next door, that was average pub food. Nice waiter, worked fine for us. There is also a Waffle House next door but nothing else in light industrial neighborhood. We did not get to try the complimentary breakfast as we were out the door at 5:30 AM. once I made it to the holiday inn I was booked in it was quite comfortable. The trouble was getting there. I got my luggage and went to the curb and a Holiday Inn van came up and I got on. As it turns out there are 5 or 6 Holiday Inns surrounding the Phoenix Airport and they all have their own van. I didn't know what the address was off hand so I ended […] up on the wrong van and going to the wrong place then that place was kind enough to send me in their van to my reserved place. After he drove off it was explained I was in the next wrong place so their driver took me to my real reservation. This all took over an hour to accomplish. The motel was clean and convenient. The staff was courteous and helpful. The location and the motel's proximity to the airport is a plus. On the other hand the property could use some maintenance and has few amenities. We were leaving the next day and got a good nights rest at a reasonable price.
