We stayed at teh Extended Stay because it was a little cheaper and it was convenient to our families home. The stay was ok, nothing spectacular about it but nothing went wrong. It is an average hotel, the bed we had was just a full, we didn't need the kitchenette but it has a big fridge. The shower was good, which is always a plus. The stay was better than some places, but one of the two A/C units would only blow hot air. It took them two days to fix it. The hair dryer wouldn't work. Their continental breakfast consited of coffee, fruit, nasty muffins and nasty oatmeal bars.

My room at 1st glance looked clean. However as soon as I folded back the covers there was dried blood stains on the sheets and bed cover. If that wasn't gross enough when I unfolded the sofa bed for my kids to sleep on there was a dirty wash cloth folded up in the bed. We arrived after 9 pm. The check in clerk, Reuben, is to be commended. There were several people waiting. Two needed to check in, others needed things done. he handled all that and the phone efficiently and pleasantly. Our room was clean but the bed was not made. He made the bed while we went to supper. When we returned, he was finishing it up because […] he had had to go back to the desk. I think he did an exemplary job under stressful situations. As with most hotels, they seem to have only one clerk on duty after 5 pm. That is a mistake. That is prime check in time with so many tired grumpy people to deal with. The hotel needs to upgrade it's mattresses and bedding. Bedding was in poor condition. TV was only in living room and not in bedroom. Really a bummer for those of us who need the tv at night. Water filter was a nice to have and the rest of the room was good except only one package of coffee. The hotel was amazing ! We stayed for 2 nights & the hotel was soooo beautiful ! The staff at the front was so patient with us. The bathroom was kinda small , and the breakfast was grab and go. Like muffins and oranges. But other than that it was great ! I'd recommend it to anyone .

Poor quality maintenance and housekeeping. Needed to change rooms at check-in, because of failed AC in assigned room. Long delay in room change. Overall, the hotel needs to improve stocking the kitchen with all advertised amenities, coffee service and maintenance, The price was good, yet the service needs significant improvement,.

The room was good, clean, with good features, but needed maintenance. Water leak under lavatory and improperly positioned shower curtain, which let curtain hang too low in tub. And being awakened at 3:30 AM by a false fire alarm was not a good thing. This is probably not a normal occurance.

GREAT Room for the price. Should be updated, but then you couldn't get the room so cheap. Pet Friendly! Very nice staff!! Nice pool, and I liked the fact that they had bar-b-q pits for the guests to use and a nice park setting! VERY SECURE HOTEL! Single mom and kids I felt very comfortable coming in at night! My kids enjoyed it and we not creeped!

Nice room, good location, great pool & bbq area. Nice to have a dvd player - especially traveling with children. Floors in room not the cleanest. Bathtub drained VERY slow - let management know & they said it would be taken care of right away. Over all good experience, great price. Will stay again.

Being extended stay, the rooms are much like tiny condos including a kitchenette. The convertible chair/bed was very nice for us. The only issue was the lack of breakfast items. Not depleted, simply not "on the menu". If you only wanted a muffin, or an apple, and coffee, you would be happy. That's all that was offered. A toaster was there but nothing […] to put in it. Cream cheese but no bagels or toast. No pastries. No juices or tea. Not even water. Had I been there with my family and had to go elsewhere and pay for breakfast, I would have been quite upset! The picture of their website is totally different than what it's actually is. This is the first time we pay but decide to stay somewhere else. Hotel is clean and bed and rooms are comfortable. I have stayed there mutiple times and enjoyed each stay. Staff is OK but helpful. Hotel is in good condition and in a convient location. Close to many resturaunts and the mall.

I was working nights and need to sleep during the day. I located this hotel on "Hotels.com" good rate, and a smoking room was available just as I asked for, everything was good, so I made the reservation. The next day at check in, it took about 30 minutes for the lady to check me in to a Non-smoking room because there was not any smoking rooms available, […] I replied, I have a reservation for a smoking room, her reply I’m sorry they told you wrong. So I had no choice but to accept the nonsmoking room. About 2 hours after I was settled down someone knocks on the door. When I answered it it was the manager. He asked what I was doing in this room? I replied trying to sleep. he told me this room was not supposed to be used it was for an audit and then he walked away. I shut the door. then desk then called my room and told me that she had put me in the wrong room, she was not supposed to rent this one out. I told her I don’t care, I have to go to sleep, she told me I have to get out of the room. So I packed all of my things and went to the desk and she gave me another room key to the opposite end of the hotel and had the nerve to tell me well at least this one is a smoking room, I told her that what I wanted in the first place. Needles to say I was extremely disappointed with the entire ordeal and will never stay here nor will any of my colleagues. Read more

This hotel was the poorest I have ever been to. The carpets int he hallways and the room I stayed in were filthy. My room did not have a light bulb in the lamp next to the bed and the phone in the room did not have a cord. AWFUL.. Dirty, bed was old and uncomfortable. Sheets were too small for the bed, mattress pad bunched up in the center. The whole hotel was a mess. The carpet was stained and everything smelled. We had to switch rooms. The bathroom was rather old with cracked tiles, etc. Everything just felt old, worn out. And I can't recall the last time a hotel that didn't provide shampoo. I just don't pack it anymore. On the plus side, they had some shampoo when we asked for it at the front desk. The only problem with this hotel is that the insulation is so non existant in ceiling and walls that you hear every time someone above you or next to you takes a shower or flushes. Also, the bottom floor is not where to stay, you hear people(kids) running around the hall above you most of the night. No Sleep!

When I see "Deluxe" in the title of the hotel I guess I expect a little more. check in was fine. Room had funny smell. Oh well. There was no shampoo in the room so I went to desk to get some and they were out. I had to run to CVS to buy some. Later I discovered the sign by sink that said they don't clean room unless you stay for 7 or more days then […] it's only once. I sayed 6. I didn't read the fine print somewhere. If you want new towels you have to go to front desk and trade out the old ones. Breadfast... coffee, bagels, and muffins. The fruit in the basket (orange? and apple) didn't look too fresh so I didn't try. Location is very good. numerous restaurants within walking distance. Pool was ok. Work out facilities consisted of bike, treadmill and stair climber. Overall would not stay there again. Other hotels for same price in area that clean room everyday and have better breakfasts.
