Hotel is clean and bed and rooms are comfortable. I have stayed there mutiple times and enjoyed each stay. Staff is OK but helpful. Hotel is in good condition and in a convient location. Close to many resturaunts and the mall.Genuine Expedia guest review
I was working nights and need to sleep during the day. I located this hotel on "Hotels.com" good rate, and a smoking room was available just as I asked for, everything was good, so I made the reservation. The next day at check in, it took about 30 minutes for the lady to check me in to a Non-smoking room because there was not any smoking rooms available, […] I replied, I have a reservation for a smoking room, her reply I’m sorry they told you wrong. So I had no choice but to accept the nonsmoking room. About 2 hours after I was settled down someone knocks on the door. When I answered it it was the manager. He asked what I was doing in this room? I replied trying to sleep. he told me this room was not supposed to be used it was for an audit and then he walked away. I shut the door. then desk then called my room and told me that she had put me in the wrong room, she was not supposed to rent this one out. I told her I don’t care, I have to go to sleep, she told me I have to get out of the room. So I packed all of my things and went to the desk and she gave me another room key to the opposite end of the hotel and had the nerve to tell me well at least this one is a smoking room, I told her that what I wanted in the first place. Needles to say I was extremely disappointed with the entire ordeal and will never stay here nor will any of my colleagues. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

This hotel was the poorest I have ever been to. The carpets int he hallways and the room I stayed in were filthy. My room did not have a light bulb in the lamp next to the bed and the phone in the room did not have a cord. When I called the front dest to request these items, I was told that the maintence key were locke din a valt and they could not […] get to them to get a light buld or phone cord. This hotel needs to get the carpets cleaned and replace the furiniture and the staff. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"What a dissappointment!"
AWFUL.. Dirty, bed was old and uncomfortable. Sheets were too small for the bed, mattress pad bunched up in the center. The whole hotel was a mess. Not at all like other Extended Stay's we have stayed at. Breakfast was pre-packaged pasteries, no coffee, no fruit, no yogurt, no juice. A total rip off. On a positive note the towels were clean... at least […] I think they were. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Very dirty and unorganized."
I came in at the check-in desk and the front desk girl was on the phone forever and did not greet me. I reserved for 4 nights non-smoking for my family with small childrens. But the room i got was very dirty and has a powerful cigarettes smells. There was also stains all over mattresses. I requested of changing to another room but the room that i has […] switch too is still very dirty. There is no room services or house keeping what so ever. Its ridiculous to not offer those services for that long of a stay. I was very very dissapointed and will never return again. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Not the quality I expected"
The carpet was stained and everything smelled. We had to switch rooms. The bathroom was rather old with cracked tiles, etc. Everything just felt old, worn out. And I can't recall the last time a hotel that didn't provide shampoo. I just don't pack it anymore. On the plus side, they had some shampoo when we asked for it at the front desk. There is no […] daily room service but luckily we had four towels. The desk clerks were tops though, the location convenient to Johnson Space Center, and lots of nearby places to eat and shop. Room doors are inside and it wasn't so bad we left. Fine enough to not leave but I wouldn't ever choose it again. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

"Bed was hard as a brick and no room service"
07/07/14 Terri K Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
Location was awesome, close to Galveston. Bed was hard as a brick, rooms are not cleaned daily. Breakfast was nothing but packaged muffin or pack of oatmeal. You could hear every step the person upstairs made. No sheets for the couch bed.
"The steam from the shower sets Alarm off!"
06/27/14 discreteOne houston
Just horribly small rooms with cardboard mattresses and singly smoke filled carpets.Mold in the bathroom and apparently if your not TEXTING the front desk you so do not exist! She held her phone the whole time. Every time I or my husband showered and opened the incredibly small bathroom door the Smoke Alarm went off. No roaches but there will be soon as this place needs to be updated asap. If you don't mind being cramped up in a room that has 10 yr old carpet no opening windows and hard cheap beds this is the place for ya.
"Don't stay here if you actually plan to sleep!"
05/22/14 Amanda C Denton, Texas
Upon arrival, we were barely greeted by the front desk clerk. She was very unfriendly. When we gave her our name, she said we reserved a smoking room. I told her that we reserved through X website and they did not give us a choice on room. We asked that she move us to a nonsmoking room. She argued with us about it, but finally did move us over to a nonsmoking room. When we got to the room, we looked around and it was clean. We were only staying for a night so that's all I really wanted. After coming back from dinner, my husband and I went to sleep. Well, at least tried to. The bed was extremely uncomfortable! Hard as rock. I barely got any sleep, I was up and down all night. I finally had to take a Benadryl in order to get some sleep. I honestly think I would have slept better on the floor. Upon checkout, the clerk (different from check in) was much more friendly.
"Unless you sleep like the dead,Don't stay here"
03/16/14 Chris C Loganville, Georgia
Where to start, I have been here for a week and spoke to front desk about the noise. Finally last night I had enough and called front desk at 11:30 p.m. looking for help with the constant back and forth stomping from above. The lady who I spoke with sounded very annoyed that I called at all and despite my efforts to get off the phone she drug it on and on. Then she finally said she would look into it. She had the nerve to call back to tell me I was WRONG, the noise was not coming from the room above me but from kids running up and down the hallways above! And there was nothing she planned to do about it. In the morning I informed the front desk of my intentions to check out. They offered me 2 comp. nights if I would stay, I asked what good would staying do? Would the noise stop? The (very nice) Front desk lady sadly said she understood. Now on to the room, I reserved the deluxe suite, It is a dump, couch is ratty, carpet is sticky, no dresser only night stands and a broken lounge chair. The only redeeming quality is location, this hotel is in the middle of everything you could possibly need. On to Internet, the ala cart up charge of $20 gets you "fast" internet, it never worked and the provider InnFlux refunded me stating it was broken and could not tell me when of it it was going to be fixed.
"Last resort only"
03/11/14 Gary Y Webster, Texas
Bring your own towels and sheets. I haven't had maid service for over a month. No replacement bedding available at the front desk. Internet is up and down. Hotel is not responsible for the internet service. You have to talk to customer support in Canada. Only one washer and two dryers in the Laundromat work. You need to find off premise laundry facilities. On premise staff has authority to accept check ins and check outs only. They cannot authorize any solutions to problems. That is the exclusive responsibility of an off site manager.
"You often get what you pay for"
03/11/14 Jody M Sherman, Texas, United States
In defense, this was an inexpensive room. But everything at the motel seemed really to be done on the cheap. The grounds, interiors, hallways, gym, breakfast, and rooms were all second rate. I couldn't cook in the room, no pots or pans or can opener, this is supposed to be a feature of this chain of motels, but this oversight was typical of the quality of this stay. I had to stay here 4 nights for business, and hope to stay elsewhere in the future. The morning coffee was ok, and the TV seemed new to me.
"Corporate do not communicate with locations very well concerning room a availability."
03/03/14 Proguest Elkhorn
Made a reservation at the NASA location with corporate phone reservations with a late arrival. No room available when we got there. Clerk was not surprised corporate does it all the time she stated. She send us to the Bay Area Blvd. location. Clerk there was nice. Room was not very clean and no mattress cover under fitted sheet, very gross! Hassle was not worth the stay.
"Summer Stay Over"

My family stayed the summer of '13 and loved it ! Wonderful staff of employees ! Room was clean upon our first arrival. Even though we had to leave TX for another state, we enjoyed our time in TX living in this hotel. The manager, Tiffany is a great manager and she and her staff catered to our every needs. I will always remember ESA staff in Houston for their great hospitality.
"Worst Month in a hotel"
10/02/13 anm0144 League City, Texas
This was definitely the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I was there for work, having just moved to the area and was still house hunting. They advertise free high speed internet, it was worse than dial up, you have to pay extra for the high speed and even then it was slow. Youtube videos wouldn't even load without pausing in the middle. The cabinets in my so called kitchen we falling off the wall, one was literally hanging on by one screw. While I was there the shut the water off for two days to work on pipes. This consisted of banging and hammering pipes and slamming the outside door for hours. The fire alarm went off five times in a week, we were forced to go outside until it was shut off. The weekly maid service that is advertise, I found only happens if the maid has time. My room was skipped 2 weeks in a row and when I asked the front desk I was told that the maid only has a limited amount of time and may not be able to make it to all the rooms. The pool was super dirty. It was foggy and had stuff floating in it. The BBQ grills that are out by it are broken and unusable. The grab and go breakfast is coffee. Laundry costs 2 dollars to wash and 2 dollars to dry, per load. Last but not least, it was the absolute worst bed I have ever slept on. Pillow top mattresses are advertised. Goodwill would not even take this bed. The springs are popping through the box springs and the mattress is as hard as a rock. I went out and bought a 150 dollar mattress topper and even that did not make much of a difference. My back has never hurt so much from a bed.
"Best for solo travellers.."
09/21/13 gracecame Sherwood Park, Canada
I booked this hotel thru Express Deals on Priceline and got a great deal. The suite was more of a studio size with a small kitchen including dishwasher and a dressing room off the bathroom. The room was clean, linens were fresh etc. the grab and go breakfast is just that: piece of fruit, oatmeal bar, muffin etc. These hotels are geared toward people who need something for weeks or months. I've yet to see children at any nor a couple. There is no maid service but you can get fresh linens from the desk. That said, I've been pleased anytime I've stayed for a night or two and for two stars there is good value.
