WHEN I ARRIVED I WAS CHECKED INTO A ROOM WHICH WAS TRASHED. WAS GIVEN A NEW ROOM HOWEVER THERE WAS A DEAD COCKROACH IN THE MIDDLE OF THE FLOOR. NO HOT SHOWER. WHOEVER MANAGES THAT PROPERTY SHOULD BE FIRED ALONG W/THE MAIDS.

That place was unsanitary there was stains on the walls, pillows, it looked like it hadn't been cleaned at all. I paid for two rooms went to see the other room and the door was open it wasn't even locked. I turned around and walked back out. I refused to stay in such a disgusting place. After finding this hotel on-line and looking at the pictures of the rooms and area, it was NOT at all what i saw in the pictures :-( There were holes in the walls, the door security lock was taken off the door, the non-smoking room wreaked of smoke, big table in room was old and rickety, bed mattress was boney & uncomfortable. Ugh !! never again !!

Poor location, no place to eat near, cont-breakfast two days zero food , coffee if I wanted to stay at a motel 6. I would have poor, poor, poor wrap that towel any tighter and they would half have cut off circulation, poor penny little pinchers, spend the xtra money $5-10 bucks get a nice room and a piece of toast. I would not recommend this hotel to my dog. The room reaked of smoke. Could not get extra pillows. Had to ask too many times for extra towels. The remote control to the tv did not work. Did not have a microwave. My beds were never made nor my waste baskets emptied during my stay 6/8 to 6/11.

The Inn was UN-kept. The face towels was so hard and stained, I wouldn't wash my car, let alone my face with them. Lounge women and drug users were all around during the evening. The hotel was absolutely awful, the room stank of tobacco smoke despite that it was supposed to be a non-smoking building, the towels, carpet, bathroom, and bed were dirty. Also, the hotel staff and manager were not helpful at all. This hotel should not be listed in this webpage.

Address of hotel did not match Google maps, took me over 1/2 hour to locate. Front desk staff unprofessional. Room was horrible, bathroom tub/shower was not maintained, burns in carpet and air conditioning units missing knobs. Not a place to relax after your days activities.

The rooms were filthy, the 2 towels, who I argued with the hotel manager about, were stained with paint, foot prints and filth. I reserved 3 rooms for my family, all three rooms had 2 double beds, only 2 towels in each room. I had to argue with the hotel manager to get more towels, he practically accused me of stealing the ones that weren't there. The television in the room only played radio stations. The shower faucet did not work, so I had to fill a cup with water from the tub faucet and attempt to shower. The walls were paper thin and every outside noise was audible. Amenities and towels were lacking. The staff were kind and somewhat helpful, but the hotel is a real dump!

Use this place only in an emergency! The room smelled terrible. The lumps in the mattress were larger than the pillows - which also smelled. I had to call the front desk for a tv remote....after I figured out that the room phone did not work I called on my cell. It was a great adventure that I could have done without.

We didn't have a remote control for the TV and they said they know, some of the rooms are missing them. Seems like a simple replacement. But it was very convenient to going to watch the Texas Rangers play. And very affordable. And it was clean. I would definitely stay there again.

I am no stranger to cheaper than normal hotels, however, I was not prepared for this one. There were no toiletries, including toilet paper. My room was a smoking room, yet included nothing to 'ash' in. I passed a man smoking marijuana on the stairs to my room. Very bad area! The sheets were uncomfortable and paper thin and looked uncleaned (stains). […] There were also only 2 sheets. My booking said a queen size bed was in the room, but only 1 twin size was available. The TV was a box TV with TERRIBLE reception and the stations were labeled incorrectly. The shower was very small and there were no clean towels available. There was a small kitchen, but the appliances did not seem to work properly. I did not sleep at all because of bed bugs and an AC unit without a knob to turn it off. I expected a less than par hotel, but this took the cake. Only book this hotel if you want to walk to a local attraction or game. Under no circumstances should you stay at this roach motel. It was disgusting. The carpet and bedspread reaked, there was a substance splattered all over the tv, the ceiling was gross, there were tiles missing in bathtub. As soon as I walked in, I checked out. This hotel shows pictures of lovely, clean rooms, but nothing could be farther from the truth. Asked for non smoking and it was absolutely not. Asked front desk to change to non smoking and manager insisted that was non. Dirty from top to bottom-refrigerator contained red juice running down and filling crisper drawer. Stove burners covered in dirty […] food covered aluminum foil. Bathroom tub, toilet, sink all dirty, stained and mildewy. Towels were once white but now dingy, threadbare, and grimy gray. Bedspread was filthy and caked on with who knows what-asked for a clean blanket, manager said they have no blankets as it is hot in Dallas. Curtains slashed with knife, outlets broken, and hole punched in wall. Rug filthy and full of cigarette burns and window sill had cigarette ash on it. Oh, don't forget that great breakfast that was included. A box of stale cornflake, fake orange juice, and coffee. I normally don't respond to these surveys, but in this case a felt a strong responsibility to do so out of respect for fellow travelers. The room did not come close to reviews I read about this place previous to choosing this property. I suspect it was written by hotel staff. I am not a clean freak and will put up with quite a bit, but the carpets were […] very dirty. There was no soap or toilet tissue. no coffee in room, no hair dryer. When the walls were last painted they painted over the electrical outlets and the toilet tissue holder. That is not easy to do. There were no hangers in the close hanging area. The only time I saw room service was when they stopped by to apologize for not providing service and gave us some towels. They never made the beds while we were there. When I originally made the reservation it was for one person. I called ahead to inform them of additionall guests when I later found out my wife, son and daughter-in-law wanted to join me on this trip. They promptly charged me another $60.00 for 2 days service they never provided. This last item is not entirely there fault, but the guests in the room next to us had a boom box turned up to "full vibrate' until after mid-night. 3 calls to the front desk had little or no effect. Other than that, it was okay, however given a choice, I would rather have stayed on the midian strip of the freeway. Read more

I called hotels.com and attempted to book a room because I decided last minute to stay in Dallas on Memorial day weekend. We initially went to buy a car but decided to stay so we could visit six flags. We called them up and the agent was very helpful. He found the closest hotel with vacancies. Again it was memorial day weekend so we did not have many […] options. When we arrived there was a water bucket in the lobby to catch water from some kind of leak in the roof. We were then given our room key and went to our room on the second floor. The room smelled like 4 sumo wrestlers had a battle royal texas four way title match. The room was extremely gross and when we asked for a change of room we were told that everything else was booked up. I can understand it being memorial day weekend and all but the smell was horrible and I will never in my life rent a room in this hotel ever again.
