"Non functioning kitchenette"
Don't be fooled by any pictures of a kitchenette! There's a refrigerator, microwave, a sink, & a 2 burner stove but there are no eating, prep or cooking utensils or dishes!. You cannot even prepare a bowl of cereal for yourself if you don't have the dishes and utensils yourself! The front desk does not take this seriously! They told me I should be happy with the microwave and the refrigerator! Maybe a microwave handheld burrito? No one should ever include a picture of a kitchenette as an entitlement to get the rooms here.

1st room had bed bugs, they moved us rooms and didn't even offer to compensate us untill the next day that i spoke with a manager. In the second room we found a roach. Will never return to this hotel

Great stay for a two day trip. When I wasn't at the concerts, I was resting and relaxing in my room. Breakfast was great. The room was bigger than I expected. If I were to go back to El Paso, I'd like to stay there again. Thank you Ramada staff!

Good value for money. Clean in good condition. 5-10 minutes to airport easy access to intetstate 10 to downtown convention ctr. Satisfied with room true to 2.5 stars. Mini suite with kitchenette, fridge, stove. Pool is small but clean. AC far from bed just a bit noisy but cools fast. Breakfast is continental with waffles, boiled eggs, 4 different cereals,pastries,apples,juices. Computer in lobby can use with printer. Good Internet speed in room. Would give everything 4 stars except got bitten by mosquitoes while asleep,saw 2 flying around next morning got in most likely during housekeeping service since entry to room was from outside and I don't use AC during night. Overall nice stay for $60 per night.

"Horrible staff and room was gross!"
The staff was extremely rude and condescending. We asked for a crib and Arturo the front desk person said this hotel was not 5 stars. The beds were very old and squeeky. The carlet was filthy. I would never stay at another Ramada again.

"An unpleasant experience"
My first night there, I was on the first floor and someone on the second floor was running and jumping until 2 in the morning (it feels like you can hear everything outside). I asked to change rooms or better yet get my money back so I could go elsewhere. They put me on the second floor. That room has no hot, or even warm, water. The air conditioner is the old style that doesn't cycle off when reaching a temperature and is extremely loud. There were lots of other annoying things that added up to an unpleasant stay. You can find nicer places for less money.

"Bowling in El Paso"
My wife and I stayed 2 nights. For the price it was pretty good. The only complaints I had were the bathroom was the "smallest" I have ever seen in a hotel! you take one step In and stop, the toilet was to the right, the tub and shower was 1/2 step in front of you and that was it! The pool and hot tub...hot tub was great, but in the am you could see dirt on the pool bottom.

"Worth the money"
We somehow ended up in a suite (although we didn't need the kitchen at all) which was quite nice. The room itself was quite clean and the motel has amenities such as gym, laundry, and free breakfast. Location is good and price is very reasonable.

Good location just off freeway but little noise. Our room faced a large Harley Davidson dealership but was quiet a night. Breakfast was above average. Was satisfied for the price.

"Gordon Retirement Road Trip"
Poor start but overall a good stay with good value for money.The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Maybe the rooms need updating but the place is good value for money in a good location.

"Bowling in El Paso"
We stayed 5 nights at the Ramada for the Open Championships in El Paso. 1st of all, for the price, the room was very nice and comfortable and clean. The continental breakfast served every morning was good with a lot of basic choices from Bagels & Danish's, to cereal, some fresh fruit, yogurt, juices & milk. They also had some eggs available also. If you are looking for a hotel on a budget with moderate amenities, than this is the hotel for you. If you like the higher end amenities and pampering, then you will definitely need to look at a hotel that will cost you more. There were a couple little things that weren't perfect such as the TV remote not working properly and limited drawer space & hangers for your clothes. But in the big picture, it was only about $60.00 a night, and we were mainly just sleeping and showering in the room. So I look at it as a great value for the money. On a side note, it did have a full sized refrigerator, microwave, and 2 burner stove top & coffee maker in the room so you can cook your own meals which was great. The only down side to that was there were no pots or pans or dishes or glassware or silverware available to us. At least that is what the night desk clerk told us after we checked in. Might be something you want to offer in the future along with a few more vending machines placed around the facility for easier access. All in all a great stay for the price.

"Hidden Gem"
I was extremely surprised when we got here! It was easy to check in and when we went into the room, all I can say is WOW! It was like a little apartment; a mini kitchen and living room. There was a little wall between the living area and bed. For the price, I did not expect such a nice place. It was a little bit older place, but very well maintained. It was clean and bug free, which is very important to me. I would definitely stay here again!!

"good value"
wifi and tvs were good. Typical rooms and beds. For the money it is a good value, didn't have luck with other hotels in the area. Didn't try the breakfast so I can't comment on it.
