"Don't waste your money"

We arrived about 1AM to find that neither heater was working in our room. Upon calling the front desk we were told by the person answering the phone that he was part of the janitorial service and there was no one else available. The furniture by 1 heater had been pulled out so it was evident they knew one heater was broke. After numerous attempts the next week by myself and Hotels.com to contact the manager we have yet to receive a response. If they don't care about you being miserable imagine how little they care about the upkeep...

This was the worst place I have ever stayed. The A.C. leaked in the floor. The room smelled. It is a really bad place to stay.

The air conditioner leaked into the floor. The phone did not work. No remote for the T.V. Could no park near my room because the side of the hotel we stayed in had no parking lot. I would not recomend this facility to anyone.

"Wonderful room for the money"

It definitely exceeded my expectations. Everything was comfortable, the room wasn't too small or cramped, and it was perfect for our two night stay. The only problem we had was some loud music both nights coming from an adjacent room, but other than that no complaints.

"If All You Want is a Place to Sleep - this is it"

I would not recommend this place for a family stay. I was on business and just needed a cheap place to sleep for one night. Cleanliness was borderline acceptable, security was also borderline - many lights were out and the parking lot is dark and remote. There is no breakfast available, not even coffee!

"You get what you pay for..."

Overall I have been content with my stay at the hotel. I just extended for another week. The rate is very reasonable. The manager is difficult and displays no professionalism. However the maintanence staff and front desk people are very friendly. Often apologizing for the rude and arrogant behavior of the manager. The property is dated and has some deferred maintanence. Hot water seems to be an issue late morning. However if you pay a little more for the king bed suite it provides a good comnfortable room for an extremely reasonable price. I have chosen to accept the defficiencies and appreciate the rate and benefits of having a living area and kitchenette.

"Needs to get its act together"

First was put into a smoking room after specifically requesting a non smoking room. Second room given was non smoking but air conditioning unit was off the wall (should not have been rented) Third room given had no toiletries. By this time we were ready to go to another hotel but were told only Hotels.com could cancel the reservation and we would be charged regardless..... overall just a head ache not worth the price, and not worth for Hotels.com to be promoting these rooms on your website.

"Great room for the money"

Overall it was worth the money that we paid. The biggest complaint I had was that the toilet ran the whole time we were there. We chose not to tell the front desk because we had already settled in and didn't want to take the chance of having to switch rooms. The only other complaint that I had is that people would set there trash beside the trash cans and it would start to pile up. This hotel is in a very convenient location. Good selection of restraunts and easy access to highways.

"Not what I expected!!"

I reserved a suite that had two queen size beds and a pull out coach so that I could have 6 guests stay. I payed an extra fee to have that many people accomodated as well. The night we stayed there we no sheets, pillows, or blankets for the pull out couch. After phoning the front desk was told there was not a single sheet, blanket, or pillow in the hotel that was available to be used! After being told at 1:30 am that a load would be washed for us, we still slept the entire night without sheets and a blanket!!
