Service at the front desk went above and beyond our expectations. They helped us get numbers for rental car places and provided us with everything we needed. Room looked new and modern, but did not have a microwave or fridge, but did have a coffee maker. Our TV's remote control was broken (the battery cover would not stay on), there was a used band-aid on the floor between the two beds, and a hair in one of the new bath towels. Also, I tried to make local calls from the room phone, but even though I followed the instructions on the phone, it kept giving me a busy signal. View from the room was scary (steep hill with roots). Overall, we were pleased by the service provided by the front desk, but all of the other things were a disappointment. Next time, we probably will go with a hotel that had a microwave/fridge and offered drinks and snacks in the lobby, even if it costs a little more. Cleanliness of a room is very important, and we were definitely grossed out by the used band-aid.
"Nothing fancy but convenient"
We needed a room near the airport where we could spend the night after a late night flight. Nothing special about the room, but convenient. Hotel staff was very pleasant. "Short Stay..."
The hotel was convenient and comfortable. The room was neat, had a small desk and the hotel does have internet access. The only down side would be the pool that needs updated. For example, the pool had to close early because 1/2 of the lights did not work and was a safety issue. The onsite restaurant was 3 out of 5 stars. It was like a sports bar with […] many TV's. There was a wedding reception down the hall so they could handle that event as well. The food was medium priced, but pretty good hamburgers. 2 adults and a child with appetizer came to about $40. The morning buffet had a decent variety of food (scrambled eggs, scrambled eggs with cheese and sausage, make your own waffles, fresh fruit, and bagels, coffee and OJ canisters at your table) with happy servers. "Better than I thought it would be."
This Holiday Inn was comfortable and clean. Although the hotel was undergoing renovations, it still felt ok. Staff were friendly and helpful, even at 4:00 am when several of us used their shuttle service to go to the airport.Genuine Expedia guest review

"One night stay"
The rooms were very clean and nicely remodeled. Disappointed with the pool and hot tub area. On-line stated that they were open until 10:00pm. The room while near the airport was quiet and very comfortable. The indoor pool and hot tub were a plus, as was the exercise room. Although I did not eat in their restaurant, there are many others close by.
