The room was kind of small but overall the stay was excellent. The staff was very polite and friendly, the hotel was very clean and it is conveniently located to restaurants.

The hotel was ok for what we paid, our room was very clean. We are a family of 4 and got the king suite with pullout sofa. The room kinda had 2 personalities, the bedroom was updated, nice decorations and bedding except the pillows were pretty bad. The living room area side was not updated at all, it had a very very old sofabed, a big, clunky drawer […] on the corner which holds the TV (looks like it came from a thrift store). It didn't even fit in the corner correctly, it was in the way. When the sofabed was pulled out, there was barely any room to get through because the drawer protrudes and it touches the sofabed. We didn't have any linens for the sofabed so housekeeping had to bring us some. There was no table at all in the living area. The heat/air was loud. We didn't stay in the room very much, we were pretty much out all day so these things were not so bothersome to us but I can imagine it being unacceptable to others. Read more

It was nearly impossible to find. I tried (unsuccessfully) for more than 30 minutes to contact them by phone. The front desk clerk could not find my reservation and had to have a cleaning lady help him out. The loose change on the floor on my room as I walked in spoke to its "cleanliness". Never again

The front desk was nice, however we did arrive at 2 and checkin was not till three. We got one room and then waited for the others. We had two rooms by three. I was told that it was a busy day for them and the rest would be ready upon our return. We were at a convention and concert and did not get in till 2:30. I went to the front desk and asked for some and I had to call to speak with someone that was in the back, no one manned the desk at night. My stay at Extended Stay Deluxe Hotel in Indianapolis met my expectations for my recent trip. However, I was informed upon check-in that my room would not get clean daily as with other hotels, but if I wanted clean towels I could come by the front desk at anytime and exchange towels. However, my questions and request was completed so this is why I rated the quality of the staff and their service as okay. The condition and upkeep of the hotel was rated as a 3 (okay) because the first floor hallway smelled of smoke and there was a lot of outside debris by my exit door that seemed to still be there when I checked out, however, the lobby's appearance faired better than the hallways and exits. I do not think this is a discrediting observation, but it was something that I noticed could use a little more attention to detail. Overall stay was very pleasant. It was perfect for us. Only12 miles from lucas oil raceway, had plenty of room. A little hard to find, and hard to get into. There is no straight driveway, you have to go through a parking lot to get to motel. Not the nicest hotel I've ever stayed in, but very nice for the price, if you don't mind getting your own towels.

I had to have my keys re-programmed 3 times, and my stay was only two nights. When at the front desk I was asked to state my room number out loud in front of other guests, in my opinion that is a security risk. Overall not a pleasant stay.

I was pleasantly surprised. A full size fridge, microwave, kitchen sink, and a dining room table were there. There was even an iron in the room. The only minus was the lack of toiletries (they only had soap. I would of had to go to the main desk to get shampoo).

The people were great. The continental breakfast was less then normal. The carpeting needs replacement, very stained. Elevator slower than normal. Most ALL aspects of room are SELF SERVICE, so don't expect much for dailys. The pull out couch is not much good for use as an extra bed.

Bed is horrible - too small (kings were sold out) and soft. Sheets didn't fit and wouldn't stay on bed. Needs updating in rooms. Air wasn't great - wouldn't adjust no matter what buttons we pushed. Front desk staff (men) were friendly and helpful. Women were in back chatting and not attending to us at desk as we waited and waited.

The hotel met my needs however there is much to be said about the staff! I arrived at the hotel after 12 midnight. As a single female traveling for work so late safety is very important. The hotel didn't offer 24 hours shuttle service due to it normally operates from 4am -10pm. It was on the cheaper side which is always a plus and for a stay longer than a day it was great because there is a small dinette kitchen attached to the living room and the bedroom is totally separate from it by a door and more than enough space even if you brought a couple little ones for the sofa couch

I chose this hotel based on the location and the hotels.com reviews. I've never been so disappointed by my fellow reviewers. I will never stay here again. The staff was apathetic at best, and when I got to my room, it only got worse. Because I was in Indianapolis during a speedway event, I was left with little choice. The room was kind of clean, yet […] kind of dirty. It had the feeling of a cheap, NYC tourist hotel. The carpets were soiled and there were cobwebs and dust balls behind the bathroom door. Maintenance of my room was a joke. It looks like this property's maintenance person is an amateur DIY person. The towel hooks on the bathroom door were the stick-on type, and all of the fixtures look like they came from the sale aisle of your local home improvement center. The wall that separates the kitchen from the bathroom was clearly done by someone other than a professional and the "closet" was just some cheap shelving. The "furniture" looks like it came from a cheap Swedish home furnishing store, and the bed was about a foot from the air conditioner. That doesn't make for comfortable sleeping.
