we were given a room that was very dirty, we called mgr. who was very nice moved us to a suite room. The first room was very dirty. Shower was very dirty. Someone wasn't doing their job. I would ready think twice before I booked at this hotel again.

Not good. The front desk clerk was really rude and not very helpful at all. My room was very nasty looking. The couch had white stains all over it, know telling what that was. And it was a non-smoking room but I carely detected smoke smell in there. Not including that my bed comforter had cigarate burns all in it. I was told that they didnt do room […] service everyday so if I wanted clean sheets I would have to being my old ones up to the front. So I guess that means I had to make my own bed and everything. We left. When we got to the room it was filthy. It had never been cleaned. The beds weren't made, trash not taken out, empty pizza box on the table. The pool was closed too because the water turned green. When we told the desk all they could say was "sorry".

The front desk staff was blah, exhausted. That's how the whole hotel felt, the carpets were worn, the wall coverings shabby, the room itself was well worn, the paint in the bathroom was chipped, the mattress was ok,and the choice of TV channels was disappointing. There was no breakfast on a Saturday. We won't be staying there again.

My friend and I stayed at the Extended Stay Deluxe for 3 days/nights on the 1st floor. The lobby area is very clean and nicely decorated. Hotel staff was friendly with one small exception to the Saturday morning clerk. who snapped at me when I asked about breakfast. In the room itself, there was almost all the amenities of home. The kitchen had enough […] items for 2 people to make and eat meals. The living area had a couch and recliner chair. We turned the lights on and found the couch was just disgusting! There were stains, crusty material, holes and other damage to it. There was a nice, large flat screen TV. The beds seemed clean but the curtains in the windows were also extremely nasty. There were literally blood splatters and other stains all over these curtains! The decor is seriously out-dated. The floors were very dirty/worn throughout the complex and in the room. We were disappointed to find out that the "free continental breakfast" was really just a small coffee area for weekdays only. The "free Wi-Fi" was thee worst, slowest and intermittent service. Better service came with a fee. There is no maid service unless you stay for 7 days or longer. This hotel has such potential to be a much nicer place to stay if it was kept up better. Read more

Room smelled awful and was not very clean at all. It was hard to sleep on linens that made us all gag. There were 5 of us in a room with two doubles and one sofa bed. enough places for everyone to sleep but there were no linens for the sofa bed, nor were there extra pillows for it. When we called the front desk to get them we were told to come down […] to the front desk later to get them. When we did, no one was around and we waited in the lobby for 35 minutes. When someone finally showed up, they did not have the extra pillows that we required. When I booked the room on Hotels.com I specifically requested that there be enough toiletries in the room for five people. There were three towels and two wash clothes in the room when we arrived. Also, I requested a ground floor room and was actually placed on the second floor. The stairways wreaked of garbage that someone made an awful attempt at covering up with some kind of scent spray placed on the wall. We have stayed in a lot of Extended stay motels and this has to be the worst room ever. There was one wash cloth, no shampoo (had to go to front desk with bed head), an old coffee filter was left in the pot when we tried to make hot water for tea, NO cups in kitchen or bathroom! the light between the beds had a loose socket and was dangerous, both clocks […] in the room still had standard time which told me no one had been in the room since time change which was a month before we were there. And to top it off, my 5 year old grand daughter thought she was turning on the light in the kitchen, the switch on the wall was for the garbage disposal, which when turned on had the most horendeous noise, worse than a fire alarm, shaking the floor, and counters and spuing out black gunk. It scared my daughter and I to death and my granddaughter to tears and shaking. That is a huge issue with me! They advertised a deluxe continental breakfast which was old muffins, bagels, and coffee. No orange or apple juice for children. If that is deluxe, you need to visit other motels who offer fruit, cereal with milk, waffles, and pastries. Read more

Don't waste your money on this place. I booked a room with two double beds. When i arrived and went to check in, I was told they had reserved me a room with one Queen size bed, in order to get a different room with two double beds like I had originally booked and paid for I would have to pay an additional fee per night. The place is advertised as having […] a full breakfast (not true) they only have pre packaged muffins, Bagels, fruit and coffee. which they do not serve on weekends. I guess folks aren't suppose to eat breakfast on Saturday and Sunday. They do not provide any sort of houskeeping, unless you request it a day in advance, if you do there is an additional fee you are required to pay. This place was very noisy, people coming and going at all hours of the night. All in all I was very disappointed in this place. Dirty Carpets and the Sofa in the room was dirty. Rather than spending lots of money eating out constantly while away from home, my family chose to stay at the Extended Stay Deluxe in Aurora CO. Our room was comfortable and we had all of the conveniences we needed. It was like staying in a small apartment. My only complaint was that there weren't enough dishes, but the ease of having a free breakfast […] and fixing meals in our room saved us a lot of money. We're a military family and normally stay in lodging on base, but this was just as nice and just as convenient as anything we would stay in on base.
