Bathroom had a strong urine smell. Tile grout is dirty and needs a new floor. The bed was too hard....sore when I woke up. Assistance at the bar for coffee and paying lunch tab for meeting was too slow ...needed more help.

Double queen room was pleasant and adequate for two adults to spread out a bit. Room staff was "invisible" so we appreciated not having to negotiate cleaning supply carts in the morning. Parking was a breeze for our Mon-Thur stay. I'd stay here again.

It's a pretty standard Holiday Express Inn. We stopped by Redding on our way back to LA from Washington. It was clean and comfortable and well-located to be close to shopping places where you can load up on groceries. Will stay there again if we go through Redding again.

The staff was courteous, the pool was great, the free meals for up to four kids dining with a single adult was wonderful, and the air conditioner had a "constant fan" mode that made it so you don't hear the air conditioner constantly going off and on in the middle of the night.

It was okay. The gentleman who checked us in was rude. There was also a woman (an employee, dressed in uniform) standing on the outside of the reservation desk when we checked in. The check-in guy was on the phone. So I asked her if she could help us. She made a sarcastic statement and left. I will not stay at the Redding Holiday Inn again

The room was nicely updated for the most part. The only downfall in the room was no CD player/MP3 player hookup to the clock radio. The facilities such as the fitness center were quite outdated and lacked luster as well. Staff was very friendly.

Check in was efficient, luggage roll cart available, elevator convenient. No breakfast included, but coupons given, since we are Priority Club members. Food in restaurant good and reasonable priced, service prompt. Bed comfortable, room conveniently arranged, 2 sinks handy. Connection to internet was easily made.

We arrived in the afternoon and were exhausted after driving most of the day. Upon checking in we were informed that the Hot Tub was not working, well we were dissappointed to hear that. However the desk clerk compensated us with credits to the Bar/Restruant, a very nice jesture. The room was clean, quiet and spacious.

Larger room than typical Holiday Inn rooms that I've been to. The Hotel was large and relatively in good condition with rooms not looking dated. Everything was clean including the towels that seemed new and fluffy. Conveniently not too far off of the highway near restaurants and the city being not too far away.

We stayed at another in the same area on the way up and there was no comparison. There was lotion or something on the carpet next to one of the beds but other than that, it was very clean. The pillows were small which I thought odd. The staff was very nice and the dining room was nice with very good food. No noise issues to speak of other than the a/c […] which went off and on a lot during the evening - it was hot and unit is loud. Very professional staff - not run by a group of inexperienced teenagers so the service was very good. We were pleased though did think it was a tad overpriced.
