"Came back after 22 years."
We stayed here on our honeymoon 22+ years ago. We were pleasantly surprised that the resort is still thriving. The rooms are spacious and clean. Beds very comfortable. Had a massage, however the masseuse was so into her chi and ricki she requested me to deep breath the entire massage. Wasn't relaxing at all. Yet we will recommend the resort and come […] back again! "Nice resort in sedona"
The room was very nice with a view of the golf course. The bed was very comfortable. The toilet wouldn't stop running unless you jiggled the handle though.Genuine Expedia guest review
The hotel was nice but too far removed from the main strip. The staff were fantastic. Breakfast drinks were crazy expensive ($20 for two OJ and coffee) but the food was goodGenuine Expedia guest review
Very peaceful. Away from the center of town, but close enough to enjoy all Sedona has to offer.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Poco - perfect for a Sedona visit"
Very courteous and hard-working staff; well maintained, not fancy but everything works. Dining a pleasure; good menu , and prep. Close to "Uptown Sedona" and West Sedona but still quiet and lovly with great views.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Nice hotel close to Bell Rock"
The room was very cozy and spacious. However, we were in an upgrade room for an extra ten dollars/night and it was worth it to have the jet tub. The view as you drive in and out of the place was absolutely stunning. The location was in between Bell Rock and uptown Sedona.Genuine Expedia guest review
"New Years Eve getawat"
The room was nice, however the New Year's Eve dinner and celebration was not as nice as the sales person said it would be.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Very nice hotel n location and great and friendly service. Only downside is that we had a room with a connecting door which allowed in sounds from neighboring room . Had to whisper n be quiet as much as possible, could clearly hear our neighbors talking .Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"A most relaxing and beautiful resort"
We enjoyed our stay at this resort because of the beauty of the location in a quiet area of Sedona plus the 9 hole golf course was fun to play. The staff members were incredibly competent and helpful, and the restaurant was quite good. A truly memorable stay in a spectacular part of Arizona that you have to see to believe. Red rock formations are amazing, […] even at the Poco Diablo. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Not worth the money"
I expected more considering what we paid. Its very old and resembles a Motel not a Resort. I'm 57 and I was too young for this Hotel, very boring and at check out nobody asked how my stay was, they didn't seem to care.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Caters to dog owners"
Within 2hours of booking on hotels.com, Poco Diablo called to confirm the reservation and ask my pets name. At checkin they provided a doggie treat bag with a water bowl, snacks and a menu for dogs at their patio restaurant. The pet "relief" area had trash bags and a convenient trash can. This hotel is close to great hiking trails. Our dogs had a great […] time! Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Very Nice Hotel"
I thought this was an excellent hotel. The only thing I was not impressed with the sleep number beds, but I slept fine with it. The restaurant was great, great lobby, and great grounds. Hotel room very modern furniture!Genuine Expedia guest review
Great Service, Great Setting, Overall highly recommend staying here. Only drawback is you half to drive into town for restaurants and sightseeing. Nothing really within walking distance. Quaint ground and facilities.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great hotel, close to everything"
Our trip started out great. The front desk person upgraded our room. Spacious room with fire place and back door access to patio and grass area (miniature golf course). Great location for exploring Sedona. Also close to Devil's Bridge trail.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
The only thing I had an issue was with the ac/heater unit wasn't easily changed the buttons wouldn't work, needs replacing.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Nice, comfy room. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Didnt like the count by number bed, but other than that the room was very cozy and accommodating. Beautiful pool and work out facility, and gorgeous grounds!Genuine Expedia guest review
We loved being so close to everything in Sedona. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. Upon arriving we were upgraded without asking. The staff were wonderful.Genuine Expedia guest review
"In the Heart of Red Rock Sedona"
Comfortable room, refrigerator to minimize eating out, great location in the Red Rock area of Sedona with easy access to everything. Staff was great - very knowledgable about local hikes and other activities. Stay here and you are in great hands. William, the concierge knows all about trails, but so do other staff members!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"LOVE THIS HOTEL!!!"
Had a great time in Sedona, and looked forward to getting back to our room at the end of the day and relaxing. Used the hot tub and it was totally relaxing!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
We enjoyed our stay. The room is spacious and the breakfast was delicious with a reasonable price. The backyard of the resort is so beautiful. It is so close to the famous attractions.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Very accommodating and kind!"
Hotels.com messed up my reservation - they booked me in a room that was not pet friendly. The resort was so kind - they offered a small credit for use in the restaurant to make up for the difference in rate. Overly helpful. Really enjoyed our stay!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
In a room that was dingy and gloomy. Interior was old and worn.Genuine Expedia guest review
The grounds were nice, the hotel room was very large. I guess when I hear "resort" I expect a little more luxury. The beds were so hard. Both my husband and I had terrible backaches from sleeping on the beds. The wifi was a joke. If you only need wifi to check an occasional email, it will work. We are always working, and not being able to access our […] email, cloud-based data stores, etc, was a real bummer. They seemed to clean the rooms really late in the day, which put a damper on afternoon naps for my kids, and maid service was a little pushy and inflexible. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Get away weekend"
The service was great, and we had a nice massage on our first night. We weren't sure why we were in a room meant for handicapped people. Also, there were two weddings booked at the resort our first day, so the restaurant was very backed up. Room service was very good!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Wonderful Hotel with amazing staff!!!"
Older resort with modern updates. Beautiful views, wonderful rooms, and outstanding staff!! They were the "cherry on top" of our stay!Genuine Expedia guest review
"A small piece of heaven"
We have stayed with Poco Diablo on several occasions and have 'always" had great service and beautiful rooms in a gorgeous setting of red buttes and mountains. The grounds are beautifully manicured and kept. What else could you want?Genuine Expedia guest review
Nice, clean and comfortable room. The only downfalls were the thin walls / loud neighbors. Pool area seemed clean - nice view of the pool and surrounding area from our room. Parking was great and easy to enter / exit the resort. Check in was a breeze! Will definitely consider staying here again - great value for the price.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"substitute for National parks reservation"
we loved everything about the hotel and location. Government shutdown of Grand Canyon led us to this magical spot/. I'd be really angry with the Tea Party if we hadn't found this spot that makes me proud to be American. Fly=over of Grand Canyon makes us realize Sedona is even more spectacular than the national park experice would have been.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great views from Kung suites."
Our room was clean, bathroom a bit dated, but out king suite on second floor had a great view. We might bring our grandchildren here on there summer vacation, par 3 course and pool, we'll be heroes.Genuine Expedia guest review
The restaurant was very nice the rooms are very comfortable and the scenery was great.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Older Sedona Resort"
My family and I have actually stayed here multiple times. It is sort of our go-to place in Sedona for several reasons. It is centered around a tiny golf course which is well maintained with a duck pond. It allows for a good number of the first floor rooms to open right onto little patios with small sitting areas right outside rooms. We have stayed in […] multiple rooms and paying the little extra for the Poco King rooms is well worth it. The rooms have cooler furniture and little more space. The staff at the resort are really wonderful and take care of needs immediately. It has a heated outdoor pool and small gym facility. It is nice enough that several of the wealthier older Sedona residents have fitness memberships there. Dogs are allowed. And it is far enough away from the main street in Sedona that there is peaceful calm at night (essential for a family with an easily aroused toddler). Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Very nice room and views."
Friendly Staff. Pet Friendly hotel includes welcome gift for pets.Genuine Expedia guest review
"A Positive Experience"
We were upgraded at no extra charge because of my handicap. Fine staff, friendly. Great breakfasts available. Dinner was fine, too. Quiet, beautiful surroundings - including golf course. We'll do it again, when we return to Sedona.Genuine Expedia guest review
great location, relaxing atmosphere, and good restaurantGenuine Expedia guest review
The Poco Diablo is a very nice hotel. Very convenience location and great views of the red rocks. The restaurant served excellent breakfast (the only meal we ate there) and the staff was very pleasant and attentive. The room was large and well kept ... the bed was a little on the firm side for my taste, but certainly sleepable. The location is close […] to downtown & the art galleries and the small town to the east of Oak Creek. I would definitely stay here again. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Just one word - perfect"
We enjoyed every single minute of our stay in July. Great surroundings, very quite, staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Food was superb - breakfast and dinner.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
From the moment you arrive, everything is seamlessly taken care of. Staff are there to please, and the atmosphere is easy going.Genuine Expedia guest review
We traveled here to celebrate our engagement at the last minute. The outside of our room looked like any other hotel but the inside was very nice. We also had a few mix ups with room service but everyone was very nice and did all that they could to make it right.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Barking dog in room next to us. Traffic into Sedona horrendous. Would stay closer to city next time.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Great Stay with Great Views!"
We stayed a couple nights for a short stay-cation and it was great! The hotel was beautiful and the surrounding area was very scenic. It was a little hard to find, we drove up more towards the evening and the area does not have many street lights. We checked in with no problem and were actually upgraded to an even better room which was amazing. It was […] very peaceful. The staff was very informative and helpful. Room service was delicious! "Very nice hotel"
Huge room and they upgraded us to one with jacuzzi in room. Beautiful ground and good restaurant in lobby.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Nice resort, beautiful setting"
When we told the staff that we were celebrating our anniversary, the staff member upgraded us to a room with a fireplace and jacuzzi tub. Our second floor room had a balcony overlooking the golf course with beautiful views of the red rock formations. The concierge was very familiar with the Sedona area. He suggested several activities with detailed […] instructions--even the best place to park. We dined four times at T. Carl's restaurant.(two breakfasts and two dinners) I recommend sitting on the patio where the view is spectacular especially at sunset. Food was excellent and staff was friendly. The portions were so huge that we decided to split an entree for our final dinner. Prices for the food and drinks were very reasonable. The outdoor jacuzzi was kept at a very warm, but not too hot temperature. The exercise room was large and included a variety of equipment. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
Not much to say, we were in the hotel one night and we hardly did anything but sleep there. Rooms were lovely, beds comfy, staff welcoming.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Be careful with this "resort""
There are two types of rooms at this facility the deluxe and the traditional. Guess what we had the room you provided in the traditional which was well over priced for what we got. Old with no sound barriers. The water feature was similar to an old 60 piece of concrete. I was not happy and the 4.5 was certainly misleading. Not sure if I will use your […] service again if this is what you have to offer. Not happy Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
This was a great vacation in Sedona. Awesome views and weather this time of the year (August). The staff very nice and professional. Excellent restaurant and great prices on menu along with good selections. My room was off of the nine hole golf course. Peaceful and serene outdoors. Will stay again. However..no complimentary breakfast as Expedia indicated. […] Didn't both me though. A truly beautiful lodge. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Stafff is amazing!"
I inadvertantly left something in the room, and they diligently called me as soon as they discovered it. When I was unable to come back that direction, I called them and arranged for them to ship the item back to me. By and far some of the best service I've had in a hotel!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Very helpful and friendly."
The setting of this resort is amazing. The views are quiet and magnificent. Everyone was kind, helpful and welcoming. I would return to this hotel and recommend it to others.Genuine Expedia guest review
High end motel style rooms surrounding a lovely 9 hole golf course. Dog friendly at $25 per night. Big clean room. Great bed. Good doggy area. Lots of green. Quiet but very near town. Overall a pretty good choice.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Our extended family of 5 just spent 1 night at the Poco Diablo Resort in Sedona, AZ in 2 rooms. We found the location of the hotel to be exceptionally beautiful. The view of the mountains from the rooms overlooking the golf course is magnificent. The rooms are large & well appointed. The hotel restaurant food was excellent. The hotel rates were reasonable […] & not much more than the competition, but with much added value. We plan to return. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
