It took 10 mins to check in because the guy behind the counter was new and had to call someone to ask how to get me checked in. Beside that, I thought my room was in great condition and I was very satisfied with my stay there.

Nice small hotel. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was more like coffee and donuts. Housekeeping dosent come to clean your rooms unless you stay more then a week. Had to go get my own soap, towels, ect. Staff was friendly though and the area was hard to find but nice and quiet.

I arrived at 11pm, checked in, and received my keys. I got to my room, and saw that it had not been cleaned. There was no phone in the room, so I walked back report the unclean room. I was told no other rooms were available, and I was made to feel like I was bothering the staff for having an unclean room. I was told they were very busy, and that I was […] going to have to wait. Eventually, sometime after midnight, someone came to my room and changed dirty sheets, and left some clean towels. The next day, when I asked for more clean towels, I was told they had no more clean towels, and that I was going to have to wait until they can was some at 10:30 pm. I like how I got a suite hotel room, it was very nice inside and big. It was close to my work which is always a good thing. The only thing that was a little crazy, was we went to check in and no one was there because it was after hours. So we had to call the hotel to let us in, we where probably waiting for about 10 minutes before she let us in.

Reserved a non-smoking room and was given a smoking room that was probably the worst smoke damage (yes, it was not just smoking smell, it was more like smoke DAMAGE). Very dirty. Filthy. Peculiar smell to room. Had to go out and buy 2 bottles of Febreeze to be able to sleep. I used to be a housekeeper and I can honestly say the linen was not fresh. After looking at the fitted sheet closer with my flashlight, I found body hair on it. There was extra linen in room so luckily I was able to redo bed with fresh linen. […] No shampoo, conditioner, Kleenex,. I can deal with anything except dirty bedding ands filthy conditions. I enjoyed my stay. Only problem was . I tried to checkin at 6pm and my room was not ready. Was told they were short of housekeepers. I had an appointment to go to so went to it . Room was ready when I returned. Was no big problem for me. But would be for some people. I will stay at this Motel again. Its clean and comfortable.

They rebranded the hotel and did some minor upgrades to a very dated hotel building. The area is decent and it is in a great location right off the I-10. There are decent amenities nearby (a Cracker Barrel across the street and a Chevron gas station). Unfortunately due to a late check in, we received a "former" smoking room that smelled like a current […] smoking room. We requested to be relocated but they were booked full. The bed was unsteady (I am a thin woman 5'10 140lbs and I sat at one end of the bed and the other side lifted up). The bed's mattress was hard and the bathroom fixtures were stained (definitely time for an upgrade). On the positive side they had a flat screen tv and a kitchenette. You get what you pay for - the price was low so don't expect much. It was ok for an overnight stay. I would not recommend staying longer than that if you are looking for any level of comfort. Reserved rooms were given to people who showed up earlier. We were given accommodations but not what we needed. The morning personal were not pleasant upon checkout. Two rooms were reserved but they were several buildings apart. My handicap room was for a non smoker and she was placed in a smoking room.

We were told at check I that our rooms had been given away because someone who had made reservations 3 days ago had arrived first, needless to say I was livid. I had made my reservations a week ahead of time because I required […] a handicap room for my mother in law. We were eventually given 2 rooms but the accomadations we not what we had reserved and my mother in law ended up sleeping on the couch as the bed was to tall for her to get in as she is in a wheelchair and not very mobile. Great hotel 4 years ago & again on this trip. Staff let us check in early. Pet friendly. 1st hotel on entire trip that put trash bags in the trash cans. Very clean and nice grounds. Highly recommended for everyone.

The front desk staff was very polite and friendly!! About an hour after I checked in I got a call from the front desk to make sure I was comfortable and see if I needed anything!! The room was clean and comfortable. I spend a lot of time in that area and will certainly stay there again!

The hotel is a very nice place. We stayed only one night, but would be great for several days. The staff was very nice, friendly, & helpful. My only suggestion is that the rooms need a little refreshing updo. Because of the location & the kitchenette, we will consider the hotel for our next trip.
