Exit to access the hotel is closed from interstate headed east so you have to wind your way through a not so nice residential area. The hotel is very dated, elevators smell and the room (non smoking) had an unusual odor. Toilet ran so I had to close the bathroom door to block the sound. Desk personnel were friendly. Wouldn't stay there againGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"would stay again"
This was a nice clean, comfortable room. Better than average breakfast. We stayed twice, driving through to our destination, and back. No complaints.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Happy it was just one night..."
Long wait to check in. Room smelled like mildew. Not cleaned well. Restaurant and Bar not open when they where suppposed to be. Cab that was called for us to go down to Beale St. in Memphis turned out to be a gypsy. We would not use them again if there. Their vehicle didn't seem very safe.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Perfect spot halfway on our trip"
Room was clean and smelled clean. Front desk was staffed with pleasant and cheerful staff on checkin and checkout. We had an issue with our door not wanting to shut properly and were immediately put in a different room with no problems. More importantly, the front desk staffer filled out a maintainence slip immediately so the issue could be correctly […] promptly. Located right off the interstate, it was a little difficult to get to due to construction, but we never heard any road noise and passed a very quiet night. The free breakfast was quite large and included options for everyone. The inroom coffee was some of the best hotel coffee I've had in a long time- rarely do you get decent coffee in the little inroom coffee makers and this was actually fairly good. The indoor pool was a nice plus, the kids got their traveling itches out and slept well after spending time in the pool. As an added bonus, pool towels are kept at the pool, so there is no need to bring towels from the room or ask at the front desk. All the side doors are locked at all times, requiring a room key to enter, adding a layer of security in a neghborhood that is not upscale, but not scary. There is a restaurant and bar in the hotel, but they are closed on Sundays. We would definitely stay here again in the future. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Easy place to stop and go"
Good place to stay if traveling I-55 to I-40 but don't want to detour all the way into Memphis for a hotel. Easy access from the freeway but the surrounding neighborhood isn't the greatest. Hotel itself is clean and staff is friendly. Breakfast had a good selection but all the food was really salty. Our room had a problem with the heater, but this was […] a one-time thing. During previous stays we had no issues with the room. Not a place to stay for your honeymoon, but a good choice when traveling through the Memphis area. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"it was ok"
Surrounding area is ghetto. We got put in a smoking room on a smoking floor. When requested to be put in a non-smoking roon, was told that I had booked thru a third party and thry can't guarantee a non-smoking room. Front desk girls were friendly, though.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"It was suitable not my first choice"
Due to a long drive ahead of me this was a spur of the moment. After reviewing the other hotels in the area this appeared to be the nicest one. The room I book was not available (double bed non-smoking) the lady at the front desk told me the housekeeping left before finishing all the rooms even though it showed the rooms available. The lady at the […] front desk was very helpful despite the issues and brought up rollout beds so my kids didn't have to sleep with my husband and I. Overall this hotel was nice and clean enough for a good nights rest ( nothing longer). Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Affordable-best option compared to the rest"
This is a "trucker area" in West Memphis, AK. Most of the options are cheap motels, so at least this was a national name. The people were nice enough and let us check in early. There is a hot breakfast every day. Nothing fancy, but it was available. The rate was affordable and the beds were comfortable. Sometimes all you need is a good night's sleep […] and we were able to get that. It is a little tricky with all of the road construction and service roads, but once we got used to it, it was an easy 15 minute drive downtown. The good thing is that there are many options nearby for dining, from fast food to diners, to some of the more recognizable franchises. It is also near shopping, gas stations and the airport. "Good location for travelers"
Good location for travelers near two interstate highways. GPS was off slightly with exact location. Nice pool area with good restaurant.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Convenient to interstate highway."
Receptionist forgot to call us back about a luggage cart.Genuine Expedia guest review
We stayed because of a power outage at home due to crazy cold weather, and the heater in the room didn't heat as well as we liked. A technician was dispatched, but it took several hours to get to optimum heating level. Overall, the stay was great.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Pulled in last night on our way to Memphis. Very friendly staff, easy to locate, several restaurants nearby and a great free breakfast. Only complaint was the thermostat wasn't clear on temp. It just said cooler/warmer, so the room got a little chilly. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast had fresh melon, fruits, eggs, yogurt, sausage, biscuits and gravy, etc...

We travel and stay in hotels alot and this has been the WORST stay. Lobby looked ok upon arrival, however when we got to our room we saw a couple bugs outside the door. When we got inside we noticed one in the bathroom so we called downstairs. It was very late when we checked in and the hotel was booked so they sent us up a "can of bug spray". It was soo late that we took the spray and went to bed. When we woke up the bugs had spread and when we got our bags to begin dressing bugs were on our clothes, the counter, inside our bags, on the walls. We even noticed them in the bed! The house keepers confirmed that the room had been under quarantine for bugs and was recently reopened. We went down stairs and told the front desk who assured us we would be refunded once the manager came in. We left and booked another hotel elsewhere because the hotel was booked. For the next week we tried to contact, Willie Jenkins General Manager. He did not return any calls and apparently works his own schedule because the front desk would say he 'should be in around' this time and when we'd call back he was never there.... Teresa the sales manager said they now refuse to refund us for either night?!? Horrible experience! Horrible! Do not recommend!
