The Plush Hotel was a lovely place to stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. The food was decent. The room was spacious and comfortable. I would have appreciated better pillows. The grounds were gorgeous. It was close to the airport which was convenient for our early flight out the next morning and the staff were willing to set breakfast out early for us so long as we told them what time we needed to leave. I would stay there again.

Generally wasn't too bad. Had a few issues booking in and getting a room, being told that I wasn't eligible for a breakfast on 3 mornings and having to have the same conversation 3 times. The room was a little cramped and the cleaners had left my room door open all day with my valuables within easy reach (thankfully nothing was taken). Nice parkland surrounds, but hotel worn out and needs a revamp. Pool is horrible; scum rim around the edge and freezing. Didn't use the gym, but looked very small. Ignore any photos of sauna etc ... there isn't one. Staff could do with some 'meet and greet/friendliness' training (or with replacing and getting new people).
