The room (#130) I stayed is close to Viaducto (Río de La Piedad), a wide street.‎‎ Cars on this street go very fast during night time. I couldn't sleep due to the traffic noise. The window seems to be so poorly built not blocking the noise. I complained about the noise problem but they said that they couldn't do anything since the hotel was fully booked […] although I didn't see that many guests. Don't put your feet on the ottomans ‎at the lobby. If you do, an obnoxious security manager will ask you to remove your feet from the ottomans. When I said that the ottomans are for putting legs on, all the sudden this person didn't understand English. The person at the front desk during my check-in was kind although the card key was not working at first. Other person during my check-out was horrible - no greetings or no appreciation to customer - this may be due to my complain about the noise but I think this person is not professional at all. However, the shuttle service to the Mexico Airport was really convenient and the drivers were very nice. The hotel is well decorated and clean. The food from the restaurant is good - I had assorted tacos around 2 am since I couldn't sleep. Read more

The hotel is near the airport, and it has its own shuttle--although it apparently doesn't run late at night. We arrived around 11:30 pm, and there was no shuttle, and we had to take a cab. The staff is attentive and friendly--although the concierge didn't know where the closest Catholic church was (doesn't that seem like something a concierge should […] know?). The neighborhood is moderately safe, but it doesn't matter because there is really not much to do. We couldn't find a restaurant (other than that in the hotel), and there is no shopping. If you have business or friends in the area, or if you're just looking for a place to sleep during a layover, then this is a good hotel. But if you're looking to experience Mexican culture, then this is not the place to go. Read more

Fabulous bathroom. Couldn't have been more comodious! Airport shuttle very convenient. Good place to stay the night before flying out of Mexico City. Only one, albeit reasonable, restaurant within walking distance. Spacious room; beautiful modern building.

A very nice holiday inn. Well staffed and helpful. I overnighted coming and going to Cuba and it was very easy to travel to and from airport with provided shuttle. Food in resturant was very good.

The location may not be as close to the airport as some other hotels but this hotel was clean and comfortable with hourly shuttle service to/from the airport. As a traveller with an early morning flight to catch this worked great for me.

Went to Mexico to re-new a Visa at the US Embassy. Location of Hotel was inbetween the International Airport and the US Embassy. Hotel laid on a shuttle bus complimentary.

All flowed as planned, save the pick up. I called the day before to reconfirm they would have a shuttle at the airport and I had to wait for them to send one almost 30min. Hotel was fine, TV remote didn't work but was solved promtply. Chekout was quick and effortless.

Brief stay overnight to get connecting flight the next day; therefore not much to comment on. Had to phone the hotel directly from my home in Canada before I left re: exactly where to get the shuttle after I arrived at Mexico City airport. (There was no information on the Hotel's website plus Hotels.com didn't have that info but they were helpful in […] giving me the local number to the hotel when the number from the hotel website wasn't helpful.) Turned out that there was a great distance from the baggage area to the pick-up site, but once at the proscribed spot, there was, indeed a Holiday Inn Dali rep to arrange shuttle. There are no luggage carts available and no seating close to the pickup spot. Having to take a taxi to a hotel near the airport was not something I wanted to do. Glad I chose Holiday Inn Dali But the hotel itself was good; got an excellent dish for dinner through room service. Read more

It was a very nice hotel at about 3.5kl from the terminal but with the shuttle bus service you do not feel the drive. People were very nice. They also have a very nice restaurant with good mexican food. The price is very Convenient.

Además que el plus de tener transporte ida y vuelta hacia el aeropuerto te permite ahorrarte unos cuántos billetes.
