After eating breakfast which was omeletes of choice, fruits, Asian breakfast, waffles, pastries, cappucinos, smoked salmon, eggs Benedict...we didn't eat again until dinner. We arrived at 7pm and the food and drinks (champagne, wine, and upscale liquor) made our arrival so NICE...we had just traveled 18 hours from upstate NY. The restaurant in the hotel has WONDERFUL steamed dumplings and dim sum. We also recommend a bus ride to Hong Kong Island to Dragon Back Trail for a great scenic hike just 30 minutes outside Tsim Shau Chim. Don't miss the 'Big Buddha' (a little tourist-y) but the cable car ride is INCREDIBLE. Victoria Peak is also a great site. Cancellation policy is just ridiculous. For the price you pay,you would expect internet connection to be included. Cool location, but close by there are hotels at the similar rate which include breakfast and internet connection. Please update central ac/ heating system. It is just TOO loud and you should be able to have your own climate control..

Only thing going for this hotel is the location! Tiny rooms and it's way overpriced!! Save some money and stay somewhere else - Hong Kong transportation system is great and you can get to the Nathan Road location within minutes from several other nice hotels.

This is an older hotel that has been very well maintained. It has a great location and is right in the middle of all the shoppiing, pubs and restaurants in Kowloon. Another great factor is that because it has been around for decades all the taxi drivers (even outside the Kowloon area) know where it is.

Located right across the street from the MTR and a Starbucks, only problem was every time we left the hotel we were asked if we wanted to buy copy watches, copy purses and have suits made. The view from our room was classic Hong Kong, the building right next door with laundry hanging out the window. Great value

This hotel is well situated, you can take the express train from the airport to Kowloon station and take a free shuttle to the hotel, or grab a taxi (roughly $10-15USD--depending on traffic), close to the ferry, shopping and food. The hotel itself is a little chaotic, check in is very slow, the rooms amenities are dated and needs refurbishing.

The hotel is in a great location! Close to shopping and subway system. Check out the light show at the harbour starting at 8pm. Only complaint is that the hotel could use a face lift. It's showing it's age with stains on the carpets etc.

Hotel location is excellent. Right at the shopping district and subway station. Very convenient to move about. Restaurants are located everywhere around the hotel. Need to change money, there are plentiful of them around there offering the best rate you can get in Hong Kong.

Everything about this hotel was amazing.From the second we walked in exhausted from a 12 hr flight to be greeted by warm smiles to the last moment when staff searched our room for my daughters lost toy. The rooftop pool was amazing.On our first night we jumped in and moments later watched Hong Kong's laser light show as we swam.That night we slept in […] the super comfy beds,and the next morning went down for breakfast.Every food imaginable was on the buffet including miso soup,English style food and Indian breakfast curries.My 13 yr old son particularly loved the pancake machine!!All the food was fresh and sooo delicious. It is well worth upgrading to include Internet access,breakfast and the executive club access in your stay.It gives you access to the club from 6-8 pm.We ate there rather than going out for dinner,saving us $$$.It also includes unlimited wine,beer,soft drink and spirits. Well located Hotel in the middle of Kowloon and Nathan Road. Easy access to rail and Shopping. Great in House Dining with a superb breakfast. Only disappointment was no free wifi anywhere in hotel. 3 Hour Happy hour in Harry's Bar is good but would be better if Harry's Bar also had free wifi.

Hotel location is great near the train station, a lot of shops and eateries. room is ok, only downside there is no wifi, it is a wired internet with surcharge, it limit the number of users. it also provide free shuttle to the nearest in-town(kowloon station) check in.

we found hotel clean and comfortable. would have liked a book in room describing services rather than searching on t.v. Food was good and staff friendly. Pool and gym excellent the little cafe under the hotel called the delicatesen was nothing short of brillant exceptional food and service.

Excellent position in Nathan street. Large clean rooms as expected in an Asian region. There are lots of shopping centers around and good variety of restaurents. Other tips for travelers. - cost of taxi to the peak is HK$93. Taxi fare to Stanley markets is around HK$200. There is however a bus to stanley markets from close to Nathan road. A 5 minute walk down the road to the avenue of stars and don't forget the symphony of lights at 8 pm which attracts a crowd of locals and tourists. We took the harbour cruise that starts at the ferry terminal at 7.55pm and costs HK$160 a person. This is great as you see the lights on Kowloon and hong kong island.
