Our room had two minor issues which we reported at checkout. (Refrigerator did not work well due to broken seal on door and toilet needed a little tightening) I will trust the hotel will address these maintenance issues. The suite was clean, comfortable and pleasing for our stay. This is always our first choice of accommodations, so much better than a standard room. The Hotel has simple elegance and a top rate, friendly and efficient staff.

The staff were courteous and helpful. The room was bright, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent value. An enjoyable stay all round.

We chose this hotel because it was closer to city center than most others and about half the nightly rate. The room was very clean and bed was pretty comfortable, good water pressure, etc. Furniture and linens were a bit aged but that was no problem. The ice machine wasn't working but the owner of the hotel was kind enough to fill our ice bucket out of her own freezer. Biggest problem with this room was that there was no thermostat, and it was VERY warm the second night. We were able to get the window open a little, but it was about 15 degrees warmer than we would have preferred. Very quick and easy drive to all the major shopping/dining in Burlington. Overall, this motel met our needs and saved us quite a bit of money over the other options. I would stay there again.

The free breakfast was good. The hotel itself was nice, but nothing special. Parking seemed very expensive.

"Terrible"
Internet down, food mediocre at best, closet doors broken, shower head broken, tv remote broken, etc....one of those hotels where you just know no one really cares about working there. Definitely not recommended, especially with the room rate I paid.

"Hotel GREAT, Hotel Transfer NIGHTMARE"
The Hotel and Staff REALLY ARE GREAT....the down side to it is WAIT for the shuttle to Hotel from Airport NO SERVICE, TIMING OR COURTESY....arriving from a long flight sitting at the curb for 1 hr in the Cold Not Fun....fortunately the warm reception and confortable room will be remembered most!
"Hustle Free Stay"
Wonderful staff, great location, lots of options for dinner around the hotel. Safe neighborhood and on 20 minutes drive away from downtown Toronto.
Very nice hotel for the price. Staff was helpful and considerate in every way. Close to several restaurants of all types. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

"poor service"
we booked one room with 2 double beds for three people and they gave us with one king bed. when asked, I was told that nothing was available with 2 beds.
"Goog Hotel for the price"
Pretty good hotel for the price paid. Hotel staff was friendly. Allowed me to check in about an hour early with no extra fee. Hotel was noisy. Believe there was some type of even going on at the time, but noise levels was kind of high through the night. Besides that, no serious issues.
"Holiday Inn - Britannia"
Very comfortable, I slept like a baby. Close to the highways and the airport. Very convenient shopping @ Heartland is only 5 minutes away.

No LCD TV couldnt charge my phone
"Stayed in better for the money"
First, they tried to double charge us when the room was pre-paid. We paid extra for included breakfast but they tried telling us that breakfast wasn't included. Good thing I saved my confirmation on my Blackberry because the wireless Internet wasn't working (only wireless in lobby, not in rooms as the ad would lead you to believe).
