This hotel is kept-up very well. It is near a shopping mall, too. If you are touring the Biltmore Estate, this would be the perfect place for you. The breakfast is delicious, too. It consists of scrambled eggs and bacon, along with the regular pastries you'd find anywhere else. Enjoy!

This hotel is at a good location, easy to find, off the highway, south of downtown Asheville. It is a nice clean hotel, I would stay at this location again. Check-in was a breeze, no issues. Looks like the carpet could be replaced. It seems a little ratty, and out of place. The bathrooms are nice and big, along with the rooms. The breakfast they provide is above average for hotels, since they have things like fruit and yogurt. The have the standard affair as well as a pancake making machine. Everything is accessible within 10-15 min. A mall is across the street. Room is spacious and enough for a family that uses it only for sleeping.

Used this hotel for a short weekend getaway. Location is great and has many amenities, but breakfast was not layed out too well. Doesn't change out variety of what's offered...same fare everyday.

Two of us stayed overnight for an early morning event on Dec 15, 2012. We arrived late and checked out early. Picked this one because it's close to the gathering place for the balloon ride on Saturday morning after sunrise.The room is fairly clean and comfortable. However, the heating system was too loud to have a good night sleep. Got up early the […] next morning, I forgot to take my coat that was hanging in the closet after I checked in. Didn't realize it until the next Tuesday. Called back in the morning, unfortunately, the hotel couldn't or didn't find the coat. Price was just right for the distance to Asheville. Beds very comfortable and room was clean and up to date. Downsides: No microwave, towel hook was missing in bathroom and tv guide listing was not updated. Breakfast was decent too and an added bonus. Overall though, would certainly recommend.

We were looking for a hotel convenient to the Biltmore to spend the night after a long day there. This hotel was very clean and nice and comfortable. Our family enjoyed our stay there. The only down side is that it didn't seem to be conveniently close to restaurants or shopping. There's a mall across the street, but it was very dead.

One of the cleanest hotels ever. Very comfortable beds. Suite section not so great. The bedroom was barely seperated from the sitting area. The Tv was on a bedroom dresser and couldn't be viewed in the sitting room by itself. So really it's basically a hotel room with a tiny uncomfortable loveseat that has an annoyingly located fridge under the TV. […] There is also a tiny microwave and 1 cup coffeemaker in the room. The towels in the bathroom were rough as sandpaper although very clean. Continental breakfast consisted of mostly cold food and warm refrigerated beverages. Would highly not recommend! Read more

Was only for one night. The standard room with two Queen size beds was inviting, spacious and immaculate and my standards of cleanliness are very high. The mattress could have been a bit firmer. The front desk personnel very helpful. I would definately stay there again.

I was shocked that the Hotel was only a mile from the Blue Ridge Park Way. The hotel was great, with great staff, and very clean rooms. If your looking for a place with nice rooms and good breakfast then this is the place for you. Oh and Free Cookies too!

Generally very good with a few exceptions - TV guide did not match the channels, Heat/AC fan did not shut off when temperature was reached and was therefore difficult to hear the TV because the volume control had a limit.
