We had to switch rooms because our first room was right next to the elevator and we could hear everything coming from the hotel lobby. Also, the bed was horrible! It made noise everything we rolled over or anything, and was curved in toward the center. SO uncomfortable.

Rooms were clean and comfortable, Jacuzzi tub in standard room was a plus, bathroom needs an exhaust fan though. Hot tub in pool area was not hot, more like luke-warm bath water. Overall good hotel for the money.

The whole reason for booking this hotel was the indoor pool for the kids. The pool was closed for the weekend which was very disappointing.

We stayed here for a weekend trip and it was great. The woman at the front desk, Beth, was amazing. She was so nice and bubbly. She made great suggestions of places to go and even gave us cards for discounts. The hotel itself was clean and very comfortable. Our room had a microwave and mini fridge as well as a jacuzzi bathtub which was awesome. Unfortunately the pool area was closed during our visit for maintenance but either way I would recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff was great, the location was awesome, and its an overall fantastic experience.

We got into the room and immediately found a bug crawling across the tv stand. There were coffee grounds all over the tray with the coffee pot, there was hair all over the floor in the bathroom. There was trash behind the night stand. Then, upon trying to go to sleep, we could not because someone/something was running and jumping on the bed in the room above us. This went on for several hours before we could finally fall asleep.

Had a great stay...only complaint I had was that the elevator was out for the first night of our stay but it was up and running the next morning. Love the breakfast room and the service was great. Will definitely return when we go back.

Never told motel wasn't working and was booked for the 5th floor. Mattress had springs coming through it. Front desk workers were rude and no help when I complained. The only decent thing was the ladies that served breakfast.

Hotel offered free full breakfast which they did not have . Very limited choice had to go out for breakfast most mornings. Beds made but sheets not changed daily,would go elsewhere next time

The hotel was clean and the room was fairly nice but we didn't get much sleep. The plumbing in the hotel makes it extremely noisy anytime someone flushed the toilet or ran a bath you would hear the water draining forever. Otherwise it was a nice hotel.

If not for getting this room for dirt cheap, I would give it 1 star. As soon as we arrived we were told the elevator was broken, and Didn't have anything available on the first floor. We had to settle for the second floor but we had two small children 3 and seven months. We had tons of stuff to carry up stairs. The motel smelled like cigarette smoke, even though it said smoke- free. The heat-air unit was tricky to operate, having to switch to heat to get it to cool?? The pool was good, breakfast was decent, and the lobby staff were great. Housekeepers were always standing around on phones. I can't believe a Hotel like the Baymont does not have the elevator fixed for almost 2 months. Would not stay there again!!

I expected more from a Baymont. there was only one outlet for plugging in my cell phone and laptop and any other device. the TV was old and the channels did not come in clear. The maid service was non-existant. when we returned from being out, the sheets and pillows were just thrown on the bed.it was not made. the trash was not taken out and the floor was not vacuumed. their continental breakfast on Monday morning consisted of coffee and one variety of miniature muffins....very unsatisfactory. I won't be staying there again.

The elevator to our 2nd floor room did not work, and had been out of service a couple of weeks. Baymont's website had a notice to that effect, and would have been a deal breaker for us, had we known. But since we booked thru Expedia it was Expedia's fault, not Baymont's we were not informed about the lack of service. We could not get a paid receipt because we booked thru Expedia. I don't think they like third party bookings, if there were any complaints it had to be addressed thru the booking party. The receptionist was a little grumpy, the rest of the staff we encountered were very pleasant and helpful. It appeared someone had taken a nap on one of the beds.

the hot tub and pool were great! we had a jet tub in our bathroom but never had a chance to use it. the bed was a bit uncomfortable and the pillows were lumpy so we didnt sleep great but very clean room. Everyone at the hotel was very nice and helpful in finding activities that were open for us to check out on our stay. Overall a good value for the price I would stay here again if the beds are changed.

I was definitely not happy with my experience at this hotel I'm usually a very outspoken person and say how it is but this time I didn't even feel like telling them everythingsince thei was soo much! I saw wrong this is definitely not worth anywhere from anywhere $60 to $110 a night next time i will pay more for better quality to start off the elevator didn't work ice machine didn't work room was not clean had a whole bunch of hair of previous guests on the floor sheets weren't clean either breakfast was horrible and limited my waffle batter was horrible their was NO Bacon Scrambled Eggs basically their was just muffins cereal and apples oh and waffles :( sad

Hotel is just west of I-65 so it is close to downtown and the landing. Our room was next to the elevator which could have been noisy but it was out of order when we were there. The free wi-fi was sometimes slow. Staff was very friendly and helpful, breakfast changed from day to day. In general, a fine stay.

The only problem we encountered was that the elevator was out of service during our visit, which was clearly stated to us upon making reservations. Still the walk to the third floor was not bad at all, the hotel was very accessible. The staff was kind and helpful. The rooms were very clean. We stayed at several different Branson hotels over our week there and this was the cheapest and OUR FAVORITE!!

Made reservation 5 weeks in advance of our trip. Got put on 4th floor, no elevators, had to carry luggage up all the stairs. We were told the only option was to find another hotel. Breakfast inclusive was good although some things run out (i.e. cream cheese for the bagels). Our toilet ran. Room was clean and cleaning service did a great job. We asked if we could have an extra hour to get out on day of dismissal and note was made, but front desk called us promptly after 11 a.m. day of dismissal, and asked why we were still in the room! :-( Hotel was overall clean but staff not overly friendly. When asking where the concierge was (because we were told to ask for them when we got there to get ticket information), woman at the front desk laughed at us and said all the Branson hotels let the concierges go. Overall experience: Okay, not great.

Was offered a refund on check in because of non working elevator, but where would anyone find a discount on a room that night, and where to start. Elevator broken, not working, heater broken first night, clattered and banged all night, and we froze. Given a different room 2nd night, was warm. Room OK to good. Not impressed. Probably will never use this motel again. Many other choices.

The tub jets blew out black dirt after the tub finally filled up and not all of them worked. The shower had no water pressure nor hot water. The hot tub wasn't even hot but did have plenty of chlorine. The elevator had been out for almost a month which wasn't good because my mom just had knee replacment and had trouble with stairs. They could not offer us anything else and didnt seem to even care. Very rude.

To be a chain, this gives Baymont a bad name. Rude desk clerk at check in and check out. No elevator. 25 cars in parking lot and floors 1-3 were full. Should be shut down and remodeled completely before they took over.

The room itself was clean, but the Hotel is OLD with not much curb appeal. The elevator was not working and the locks on both side/back entrance were broken, so anyone could enter. Keep scrolling don't stay here!

The hotel was clean and the breakfast was nice. The only downfall of our stay was the elevator was broken and we were not notified ahead of time about the situation. It was not easy carrying our luggage up 3 flights of stairs. The staff never offered to help us with our luggage either.

The room was very accommodating. However, the shower too small. The Jacuzzi tub tub, was in need of some repair. The repairs were made to while we were there. However, it did not fix the problem. One of the problems it leak water around the drain. The other issue was the jet cover kept falling off.overall I will grade it a three on a scale of five. The bedwas very comfortable. The other issue I had was a bathroom layout. Vanity was too large and the toilet too small for the ample space in the bathroom. As previously stated, the shower could've been made much larger.

I definitely won't stay again. Everything needed updated. Sheets were super thin like they have been washed a lot. I asked for my sheets to be changed after the first day, because there was a little stain on them. They were not changed. Some of my makeup went missing. 5th floor smells musty. Shower was so small. There were no accessible outlets to charge our phones.

We reserved a Jacuzzi room to get there and find out it was not. They did have a hot tub but the Jets on it sprayed straight up and was nor relaxing in the least. We had a pet room to discover it had not been swept good and found a pill on the floor right under the table. This could have been disasterous for a small child or animal.
