Stayed here with a friend for a girls' weekend. Only issue we had was finding the place when we got off the subway. "Front Desk nightmare"
The 'free' hotel shuttle service was $5 per person to and from the airport. They never have enough staff at the front. They only answer the phone after many, many rings, putting the person on hold for several minutes. Then they forget you call altogether and you have to call back. The hotel was comfortable and the shuttle operators to the airport were very nice. The room was taken care of and we felt very welcome during our stay. However, the receptionists they had for both shifts were far from proficient when dealing with customers. We had a reservation for shuttle pick up at the airport at 12:30am. Our flight was 45 minutes late (I called during our layover in Chicago) so when we had our bags it was 1:15am and I called for a pick up. The hotel is 8 minutes from the airport.
