Sitting in the car booking a hotel during drive, you take what you get! The Hotel is placed nice if you planning to visit KSC its big so they may have some room if you are late.. I arrived to the hotel between 6pm - 7pm on a Tuesday evening. Noone was at the front desk and I stood there for over 15 minutes waiting. Finally a woman came and asked if I was checking in. No apology for taking so long! She gave me a room right in front of the front desk. It was loud in the hallway by the elevator, so asked for a different room towards […] the end of the hall. She gave me a key and told me to go check the room. It was a few doors down from the first door and at this point I just wanted to get into a room. I took the room she offered. The room is very narrow, tv is from 1975 (25" tube style), the bed was hard as a rock, and the bedding was just bad all around (holes in the sheet, thin blanket etc). Read more

Hotel was dirty. If you want breakfast get there early. Went down to the lobby at 9 and all the food was gone and the trash was overflowing. Not very sanitary. Would not recommend a stay here.

I didn't think the value was there for what we paid. The room smelled really bad when we turned on the heat. Someone came up to the room to check when we reported it, and they said it was because the heater had not been used in a long time. Rooms were small and breakfast was very basic with no fresh fruit. I checked in to the hotel and returned hours later. First impression of the room the smell was over powering, It was really bad, I went to the store and purchased cleaning supplies and powder for the rug. After the hours of cleanup I was ready for bed. The morning breakfast was a joke, they ran out of white bread, I think the time was 7:30 am and they […] only had 4 bagels left. The shower had mold. The sheets, pillows & pillow cases had a "dirty/unclean" aroma to them. The room was very humid when we got there (late check in). I even called to let them know we'd be getting in late. We checked in & asked for a restaurant recommendation & she sent us to a restaurant that was closed! Now we're on a wild goose chase to find a […] quick, late dinner...she could have at least turned the A/C down then. The continental breakfast was less than desirable. Waffle iron, but no mix. I am a regular to Naples as I work here and have not been able to relocate yet. I tend to stay at several of the area motels during the week to reduce my commute. This hotel while clean and well staffed was the loudest motel I have stayed at in the Naples area. I am a forgiving traveler for many things (aside from a dirty or bug infested room) but excess […] noise from loud room AC, from the ice machine door outside my room, from the adjacent room doors opening and closing are things I can't let go. I did not sleep well that night as I was awakened everytime someone came in or out of their room due to the loud bang of their door. They also need to update to flat screen TV's. I am not a TV person so this is not a major concern for me but my room had an old CRT TV in it. Breakfast bar had no fresh fruit which was another low point. Motel is close to the interstate and there is a Waffle House and a Cracker Barrel next door (and a Shell Station too). Read more

We were looking for a decent place to stay at a reasonable price we could afford, and found it here. Now I don't need alot of bells and whistles in the place I stay, bc I figure on being out of the room most of the time. Unfortunately, I didn't enjoy my stay at the above hote. For starters, the bed in the hotel room was the most uncomfortable bed I have every slept on. I asked the gentleman at the front desk if there was anything that could be done about the bed and his response was "It's the best room in the hotel and no one had ever complained." I was not very happy […] about that!! The curtain above the aircondition unit looked like it had either mold or dirt on it. There was rust in the bathroom. A family run hotel. Location is good, rooms are clean, the owners, an indian couple, are friendly. However, the owner focuses a little bit too much on budget cutting. There is no coffee maker in rooms, and there is no coffee machine at lobby. The only microwave is kept in office. You have to ask permission to use it.

Een goed hotel als tussenstop, niet om veel langer dan een nacht te verblijven. Ontbijt stelde niet veel voor, veel was om 9 uur op en werd niet aangevuld. Napels downtown (THE 5th avenue) en de pier is het bezoeken meer dan waard.
