"Absolutely wonderful but be prepared!"
This hotel was beautiful. I believe it is the official hotel of Koren Air so you will see pilots & stewardess. Hotel staff were cheerful & helpful. My sister loved the free fruit infused water in the gym. The bar was nice & appetizers were good. Be prepared for the $50 deposit whether you paid in advance or not & $20 a day for parking. If your not used to super fluffy wonderful pillows, then I suggest you bring your own. We were going to the mall anyhow so we bought new pillows and the staff were nice enough to let us use their cases. Overall we enjoyed our 4 day stay & would definitely recommend to friends.

"Pleasantly surprised!"
We were only there 1 night and booked primarily because it was at the airport and we had an early morning flight. We were thrilled that it was much nicer than we would have thought for the price and the reviews I had seen. It is a 4 or 5 star hotel. Completely updated and very clean. Usually hotels so close to airports or convention centers are 3 star at best. The ceilings in the halls to the room are lower but other than that you would think the hotel was new. The shuttle running to the airport every 20 minutes is a great service and the business center was well appointed and easy to use.

Bad service, was under construction and the employees don't even guide u for a better way to get in, the key to the room did not work and when u ask for a new one they blame u cause u put it next to u cell phone they said. the rooms are very nice though but I believed employees should be train better.

"Quality Service"
The front door to room was open before I check into the room and left open after the cleaning next day. I was lucky that nothing was not taken from my room. I report this problem to management the first time it happen and it continue to happen again.

"ok service, nothing special"
Hotel was clean and undergoing renovation. I was travelling with disabled elderly, so it would have been nice to have a bell man or valet to help with luggage. baggage check was not available when I was flying out and airport shuttle was running late.

This was a typical hotel near an airport - LaGuardia in this case. It's been (and was still undergoing, during my stay) given a partial remodel. Nothing really great about it, nothing bad either.

"One night/Late Night"
Our flight was cancelled late and needed a place to stay. This hotel has a shuttle so we booked this. The rooms are great and have been updated within the past couple of years. The staff was horrible! Took us over an hour to get checked in after I called Hotels.com and they assisted.

"Horrible customer service"
We checked into the hotel at 6, when we went to our room it was a single bed which the reservation was for a double bed. They informed us that a double bed wouldn't be available until 10 that night. Four ladies in a single bed room. No sorry for the inconvenience. We had to call at almost 11 about the room. So we were moved on the third floor which smelled of mildew and definitely in need of renovations. Then upon checkout there was nothing needed to be paid. But as we get to the gate to exit the gargage we were unable to exit because of unpaid parking. So one of us had to walk to the front desk. They held a credit card and were aware that we drove a vehicle, the key card had a access to get into the gargage. I had to get nasty with the front desk in order for them to waive the parking since it had been horrible since we got there. Poor customer service.

"Horrible night."
I had to stay this hotel as my return flight was suddenly cancelled and should stay an extra day in NY. There were lots of similar persons on that night to look for room or check-in at hotel. Yes, it was emergency case. But, the hotel staffs were doing incredibly inefficient. I had to wait 3hr to check-in and another 1 hr to get into the room. Even after I got into the room and started sleeping, some staff came to knock the door to check if the room is occupied and another called me to verify who I am...After long waiting time at front, I had only 3hrs to sleep before departing to airport and they still disturb my sleep. I had no idea how they handle room distribution and why they are not get used to handle such a emergency case! Such a case can happen time to time and if the hotel locates just nearby airport, they are supposed to be ready to handle it. I should have waste money and exhausted.

"I would so come back!!"
We were upgraded to a newly renovated room. It was very pleasant. Though some renovations were going on in part of the lobby, it did affect our stay or enjoyment. It is going to be gorgeous when all done. Staff was pleasant and helpful, from the front desk to the shuttle drivers.

"Nice Layover for canx flight..."
Perfect location for flights in and out of LGA. You could pay less and get a lot less but if this is in your price range you can't beat it. Great Resturant in the hotel. Fast food delivery. And 5 min fee shuttle beginning at 4:30AM.

"nice hotel"
Great hotel, nice clean with great amenities. The only problem is not to close to Manhattan so there is a shuttle from the hotel to the metro station, but besides that is a very good hotel.

"Quite surprising !!"
Hotel was under reconstruction, however, hotel was still very comfortable. Management was more than helpful in providing transportation wherever I needed to go. The location, so close to the airport with shuttle was wonderful. Definitely will stay on my return trip to New York.

"Surprisingly nice and quiet"
All of Manhattan was very expensive so I stayed here for around 200 per night. I was pleasantly surprised it being quiet and very nice. A little far from subway and all, but I just took short taxi ride to 7 train.

"Great hotel"
Can almost walk to LGA. Hotel under renovation. Was good before, will be great when finished. Room was very nice. Recovered from overseas jet lag there and slept comfortably for 12 hrs. Superb breakfast.

"It was ok"
Ok but no one wants to pay for parking after paying for the room. They didn't tell me a room security fee was gonna come out my card. It takes so long to return back. Why is check in at 4 but u have to be out by 11am. It's not even 24hrs. The room was clean but the blanket on bed was hard like brick .

Check in time is at 4pm and if room is available we check our guest in earlier , we do extend late check out till 2pm with no charge. As for the hold on the credit card we take a $50.00 authorization per day for any incidentals , this is an authorization and not a charge and once checked out the authorization is released and may take 3 to 4 business days to be released. A looks like they renovated top floors and did not even check the hot water temperature and the shower and sink water is either too hot too cold . lighting is too dim in the room no food service after 12 and it is an airport hotel ! only one take out place to work with after 12 due to the area and food is not great . overall needs lots of improvements in service . only good thing is it is near to the airport !

"Conveniently located to Laguardia Airport."
Hotel is in process of renovations, which I'm sure after complete will give it the spruce up it requires Some issues not addressed promptly, while apologies were offered, there were no inclinations to make a dissatisfied guest, happy. Requests were made several times for services, and none were addressed. Had to go in search of toiletries, more than once, room was extended by one day, but this was not registered, so keycards did not work and room was not serviced. Overall a good stay, but would expect "better" service if I were to return. The Bar staff were awesome, professional and attentive.
