If you are going the Heidelberg for business or pleasure I recommend this hotel. The Marriot does not even compare. This hotel is walking distance to everything. If you purchase the internet it works great. The parking garage is great and the hot tub and pool is very enjoyable

The hotel was in a decent part of town - close to everything; however, parking was a nightmare. Rooms were a little on the small side and TV stations were very limited. The staff was friendly and polite which made up for the accomendations.

Très bon hôtel avec piscine offert pour le séjour dans l'hôtel. C'est vraiment un très bon hotel.

Slecht bed, minimale service voor een hotel met zoveel sterren. Geen terras. Wel drie tafels bij de ingang, geen bediening.

"Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis"

Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe der Altstadt. Der Fußweg zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten ist kurz. Das Hotel ist sauber und in gutem Zustand, die Betten nicht zu weich und nicht durchgelegen, das Personal ist bemüht um die Zufriedenheit des Gasts. Der Poolbereich war gepflegt, sauber und im Preis enthalten. Die Zimmerfenster können geöffnet werden. Ich kann eigentlich nichts bemängeln an den Leistungen für den gezahlten Preis (Wochenendtarif Ostern). Lediglich die Frühstücksbestellung für "Frühstück auf dem Zimmer" ist nicht morgens abgeholt worden, aber nach einem kurzen Anruf meinerseits war das Problem sofort gelöst. Also, alles in allem ein gutes Hotel der gehobenen Kategorie.
