The Brugmann Garden provided an excellent change of pace to our hectic travel schedule. The house was lovely and our room was very comfortable for the four of us. The atmosphere wasquietly elegant and relaxed. Great breakfast.

The hotel was situated really well for access to all modes of transport and near walking distance to the spralling shopping streets. Situated across the street from the Botanical Gardens made a sunny morning walk a nice touch, missed by the other popular hotels in the bustling centre. We only used the hotel for breakfast - which was a simple, but a good quality experience..a recommended filler for the shopping, sights and beer tasting day ahead. We didn't use the restaurant in the evenings as so many other places to check out... The staff were attentive and genuine to any needs and requirements. They made our snap decisions to get or do things so easy. The hotel is clearly a favourite of the business users locally & foreign and it's easy to see why with efficient check in and out...Small ,but so easily a missed opportunity in the memories of countless travellers. Very pleasant stay in the hotel that is very well located vis-a-vis the old center of Brussels. Room was comfortable and the beds as well. Breakfast was wonderful, with good selection of everything (though you might wonder why on earth there was only one sugar jar for the whole breakfast area). "Nice hotel within walking distance of centre"

Great location, easy to get to from Eurostar. Walked everywhere after that. Check-in easy. Had to tell reception that items were missing from minibar, so that we weren't charged. The room itself was a good size, even with a sofa bed in it to accommodate our son. Two things which weren't great - design of shower quite dangerous, the controls are in the […] middle of the bath rather than the end and it gave you a sense of uneasyness that you may fall out. Also the A/C did not work, bearing in mind mid-Feb, cold outside but the room was so warm, also fan in bathroom didn't work. So would have been great nights sleep but unable to get comfortable because of warmth in the room. Breakfast was fine - staff very accommodating including getting some skimmed milk for me. Room was quite nice, bed was comfortable enough, staff were polite and the iron in the room was useful. But the shower didn't work and the walls were a touch thinner than I would have liked. It took 5 min by foot to Crowne Plaza from the noord station and also 15 min away from main tourist attractions like 'Grand Place.' Also breakfast buffet was quite good considering its price.
