This hotel is ok. It's not great, but it's clean and sufficient. The location is very convenient to Broadway on The Beach.

"Decent"

This hotel is ok. There were stains on the ceiling in my room. The quilts on the end of the bed were not a whole quilt but a decorative piece of material. So thicker blankets were needed. I was also told there would be continental breakfast, it ended up being a breakfast buffet that you had to pay for.

"Rowdy couple"

The hotel was good except for an overly loud couple who were engaging in "adult" activities at such a volume that everyone on the floor could hear them. Hotel security had to be called, which took awhile. There were children with us, so it was uncomfortable. Other than that, the hotel itself was good.

"NEEDS IMPROVEMENT"

THIS WAS MY FIRST TIME GOING TO MYRTLY BEACH. WHEN WE GOT TO THE HOTEL THEY INFORMED US THAT THERE WERE NO MORE ROOMS AVAILABLE, AND THAT THEY WOULD HAVE TO SEND US TO ANOTHER HOTEL FOR THE FIRST NIGHT. I DIDNT REALLY LIKE THAT BECAUSE I HAD BOOKED AND PAID FOR THE HOTEL ABOUT 2 MONTHS IN ADVANCE. WE SPENT 2 NIGHTS AT THIS HOTEL, AND I THINK THE WALLS WERE TOO THIN. YOU COULD HEAR VACUUMING AND OTHERS TALKING JUST LIKE THEY WERE RIGHT IN FRONT OF YOU. JUST DONT PLAN ON SLEEPING LATE!

Very nice hotel. Convenience was amazing to beach and shopping. Breakfast buffet was very convenient and had variety of choices. Staff was very accommodating. Even helped pack our car as we were checking out as I was traveling with my daughter and two young granddaughters. Will difinitely stay again!

"Great room for the money"

Friendly staff, clean hotel and it is located across the street from Broadway at the Beach and approximately 3/4 mile from the Sheraton Convention Center. The breakfast buffet was excellent with belgian waffles, eggs to order as well as fruit, cereal etc. My breakfast was included booking though hotels.com. Some of the people in my group booked directly through the hotel and had to pay for their breakfast. Coffee was available all day in the lobby.

it was a place to stay. about 20 minute walk to the beach. everyone in the hotel spoke english & that was a plus. it was okay, but i really dont know what to compare it to?

The staff was very friendly and welcoming! The rooms were clean and roomy. The adult buffet was very conveniently located in the lobby of the hotel. I will definitely stay here again when I visit Myrtle Beach!

Hotel was nice and clean. Staff was extreamly nice. Room was comfortable and hot tub was nice. Pretty good location, across the street from Broadway and half mile from ocean. Didn't really care to pay for breakfast but it was very good and good variety of food.

Hotel satff were incredibly helpful, particularly when they realized that hotels.com had not booked our room for us at this hotel. They provided us with a room while waiting for confirmation from hotels.com which took some time to receive. They did however point out that we were incredibly lucky that they were not full as they would then have been unable to accomodate us secondary to the aforementioned oversight on the part of hotels.com. I would strongly reccomend keeping a printed copy of confirmation and booking on hand when checking into hotels booked in ths manner.

The hotel and room was a good layout for a family of four. I thought the rooms were very spacious and comfortable. My children really enjoyed the pool area and spa. I think the breakfast was well done.
