The only reason why I chose this hotel was because of the indoor pool. The lacrosse team had a game nearby and we used this hotel. The indoor pool was a way to keep 20 kids occupied for the evening. Unfortunately some other child was in the pool before we arrived and threw up in the pool. So...the kids were climbing the walls all night. Also, I read […] online that the free breakfast was really good and that was another reason why we chose this hotel. It would be hard to feed all 20 kids a hot meal before going to the game if the hotel did not provide this service. What a nice place! The beds were the most comfortable I've slept on. The indoor pool was a hit with the kids, especially because the hours were generous. location is good and the hotel has whatever you need in a hotel. one thing that was a bit annoying is that the breakfast was overcrowded, but this is not something that would cause me to book elsewhere. next time I'm in this area I will stay there again

Great hotel on the way to south Lake Tahoe. Comfy beds indoor pool and breakfast. Will stay there again. Only negative was reservation was for to queens we got to doubles. It wasn't a big enough deal to ask for a change. I am quite sure the hotel would have!!

Have also stayed in the Fairfield Inn next door. Only difference is that the room at the Fairfield Inn had both microwaves and small refridgerators in them. That was a plus for the Fairfield Inn. Otherwise both were excellent.

In all my years (60+) staying in hotels, this one definitely was the most difficult to find during the daylight. Maybe it has a lighted sign at night, but the little sign along the road, hidden by both low hanging tree limbs and bushes made for extreme difficulty. Had to drive across the freeway, and look back at where we thought it should be, and finally […] found it tucked in behind two other hotels along the I-50. Don't give up looking for it. Other than this inconvenience, everything else was excellent. Staff very friendly and especially the breakfast waitress. She greeted me when I entered the eating area, asked if she could help me, and proceeded to help load the waffle maker. Room, bathroom, floors, furniture were all very clean. The king bed was firm and VERY comfortable. Freeway noise could be an irritant while trying to sleep, but there are rooms that don't face that direction. Highly recommend this hotel. Read more

Check in was fine. Room was nice, but of the four nights the room was only cleaned (beds made) once. Had to call 3 times for towels and we ran out of toilet paper and tissues (because the room was not serviced). The AC ran on and off, but the thermostat was not correct and when set at 60F it was still warm in the room.

The hotel was extremely clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We stopped on our drive from Portland, OR to Los Angeles and the location was a little out of the way for us, which was only an issue because we were so tired from our drive. If I was in town for longer and to be a tourist I would Definetly stay here.
