Pasamos 3 días en conjunto con mis dos hijas el sofá cama no es muy cómodo, la habitación con cocina. Y nevera nos ayudo mucho por que el desayuno incluido es muy pobre, café, galletas, ponquesitos, y barras de energía con una que otra fruta. El súper esta a media cuadra y se puede comer muy bien en un restaurante a media cuadra, la pasamos bien... Mi hija hasta se bañó en la piscina.... Gracias

Während unserer Rundreise an der Ostküste haben wir 2 Nächte in Woburn übernachtet und von dort aus Boston besucht. Das Hotel liegt zwar etwas außerhalb, ist jedoch für eine Autofahrt nach Boston gut angebunden und dennoch ruhig. Die Zimmer waren sauber, sowohl den netten Pool als auch die kleine Küche haben wir aus Zeitgründen nicht benutzt. Die Servicekräfte waren sehr nett und haben uns insbesondere bei der Nutzung der Waschmaschine/ des Trockners sehr gut geholfen.

We had to stay in a smokers room one night, that was awful. No other room avaieble? The girl at the reception was not helpful at all. We wanted to storage one bag for a week to come back for anpthr 2 days, they don´t ahve a storeage room. I don´t understand that. Bad service

Very nice and clean hotel. Very spacious room, with more than the escentials, including a huge tv. The staff was friendly and helpful. Things you need to know: Enter the city into Amtrak South Station, then use the comunal train ($7) It is far away from the city, unless you rented a car, you will need to get a cab ($7-$14) and then a train ($7) to get into Boston to go back into the City.

友人が近くに住んでいて、訪問するのに利用しました。知り合いがいないと交通の利便性はよくありませんが、近くに激安の店舗などあり、このホテルもこじんまりしていますが、充分快適で結構穴場という感じでした。

The room, bathroom, etc was just fine and the kitchenette is a nice feature if you are inclined to cook. Plenty of parking and access is easy. Most negatives are: 1) Towels are the scratchiest I have experienced in months of travel 2) WiFi is too slow to stream videos and questionable for heavy remote work 3) Breakfast is skimpy (granola bars, fruit, instant oatmeal)

I travel from business weekly, so I stay in a lot of hotels. I got priced out of my regular boston hotel, so I thought this would be a nice change. A kitchen means I could eat healthier. Unfortuntely, this is the only real positive I can give for this hotel. The hotel in general: The lobby is clean and nice, but the help behind the desk is far from helpful. The girl that I dealt with most of the time acted like it was a chore to help me. She never once smiled and when I voiced my dissapointment, she acted like she couldn't care less. The hotel still has smoking rooms so the halls smell like smoke and the elevator was almost unbearable. The breakfast that is supposed to be available at 6 am was not out by 6:15 when I had to leave. There was also no one at the front desk to find out if there would be any breakfast. I was also not notified at checkin that there would be no housekeeping for the entirety of my stay. Just plain horrible service. The room: The bed is rock hard. The comforter is old and worn. The towels are like sandpaper. Make sure you bring your own soap and shampoo if you stay more than a couple nights as it will not be replenished.

The wifi wasn't working and it took over 1 hour on phone at front desk to remediate. Hair in bathtub and the pull out sofa had crumbs from previous guests under cushions and was thin and lumpy. I thought a hot breakfast was included, but it's granola bars and apples. No milk for coffee, only flavored sweetened pump stuff. I regret not leaving. You can get a suite in Andover with hot breakfast for same $ with 2 real beds.

I was booked through my employer for a 7-night stay at this property, and was concerned about the potential noise based on several reviews. When I checked in, I voiced my concern to the desk agent, as I would be working for the week, and would need to sleep well each night. The agent assured me that she would put me in a room on the uppermost floor "away". I was thrilled that she understood my need for quiet, and went to the room looking forward to a peaceful stay. Less than 10 minutes after I entered the room, I heard the elevator chime from 75 feet down the hall, as the door to the room was mounted poorly in the frame. There is a gap all the way around the door itself, allowing every sound to transmit right into the room as though there is no door present at all. In addition, the floor in the hallway just outside room 326 is poorly constructed, shaking the floor under the bed, and making the door rattle in the frame. I was also apparently the only person in the building who understood how to close the door without slamming it, and the only person who walked using more than my heels. It was 7 days in a zoo, with the only viable time for sleep between 5:00 PM and 10:00 PM, when most people appeared to go elsewhere to get drunk. Everyone would then return to the hotel about the time normal folks would go to sleep and stomp up and down the hallways yelling and beating on the walls. Every door that was opened would be slammed, and every footfall felt as though it was happening next to my bed. At one point, one drunken fool stood outside my window cooking hot dogs on the grill and drinking beer after beer while yelling into his cell phone for more than an hour as the temperature fell below freezing and the snow fell around him. Another man whose bellowing voice sounded like Homer Simpson complaining about work yelled through my wall directly behind the headboard for several hours for the first 4 nights of my stay. At least three dog owners insisted on parking them outside the window and prompting them to bark at all hours, and they all seemed to have rooms requiring them to pass by my door and bark through my wall every time they went outside. All hotels should be required to post prominent noise level figures for their rooms both on their websites and at their locations to warn travelers of potential problems before they spend hundreds of dollars for miserable sleep. It has aged me 10 years being here for a week, and I still have to survive one more night.... In addition, I asked about the paid wifi being transferrable if I purchased the upgraded (almost normal) speed package for one month, as I would be staying for 7 days at this location, as well as 2 additional days the following week at another ESA and hated to pay the weekly or daily rates for a service that should really be free at any hotel in 2015. The desk agent said that that was not possible, so I suffered through the week with connection speeds on par with dial-up from the mid 90's. Wifi speeds should also be very clearly posted on a hotel's website, as well as at the front desk in clear view of potential clients, just as any other potential selling point.

Boston is a tough town to navigate but if you have a car it is best to stay just a few minutes north of the city. I have been to Woburn before and this hotel fits the bill perfectly. While it isn't a fancy hotel it has everything one could want. The room was clean and well appointed and the hotel staff was helpful and pleasant.

Comfortable, clean and friendly staff. Great value for the money. Couple of downfalls was limited transportation to and from Boston Centre and awful free wi-fi! Not much to see in his neighbourhood, at lest none that I had been made aware of. Went for a walk in the area, there was a supermarket, drugstore and a few restaurants within walking distance. There were some nice older homes in the neighbourhoodand access to the highways (freeways was close by)! I did find the hotel a little hard to find.

Hotel was very clean, staff very friendly. Our room was perfect with a nice little kitchen. The bed was VERY comfortable. We stayed at this hotel through the American Cancer Society and cant say enough how much appreciated their generosity was. It made our trip so much easier and not having to worry about a place to stay was a big weight off of our shoulders. Thanks!!

The room was to be used by three people but it was very cramped. Had to ask for sofa bed linens and towels for third person. Had to ask for extra dishes and cutlery for third person as room was only set up for two people. Found cockroach running across carpet. Had to ask for dishwashing soap and soap for dishwasher. No housekeeping services provided even though we stayed four days. Increasing increments of room price not adequately explained when we added two extra days. I would not recommend staying at this facility.

I stayed for two nights, booked by hotwire. I didn't know which hotel the system will give to me when I did my booking. However, it is the smallest room I've ever stayed. There is a kitchenette, functional and clean. No clean service after the first night. The room is so small, as well as the bath room, it is TINY! There is only a small bottle of shampoo and then a small soap, offered by the hotel. I cannot really call it a hotel, one person at the front desk and is not always there, you need to use the phone to call, then the receptionist will show up. The good point is the location is perfect. There is huge supermarket just across the street, a Chinese restaurant with 2 minutes walking. Burlington mall is not far.

There was no option when booking through Hotwire for smoking/nonsmoking rooms, but we were given a smoking room. We requested a switch but other rooms were full. The room is suppose to fit 4 people on 2 beds, but it only had one bed and a pull-out couch, which was not mentioned in the confirmation emails.
