Rooms seem smaller than when I was there previously 3 yrs ago, however, it was very clean, and really had no problems at all with our stay. Extra pillows, extra towels, and high room requests all granted. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great Doormen and Conscierge!

Growing up in Boston I'm picky as to where I stay. This hotel had a great location with access to everything any sightseer would be interested in. Room service wasn't so good. But who needs room service with so many awesome places to eat in Boston.

Nice hotel, in a perfect location for fun and business. Quality Hilton and very nice. Good service and very comfortable. Large rooms and walking distance to many spots in the financial district. Down side is parking is either valet at a crazy price, or several blocks away.

This location is ideal. It's within walking distance of Faneuil Hall, the North End, the New England Aquarium and more. The staff is very knowledgeable of the surrounding areas. Highly recommend.

Loved the hotel and the location, but the downside is that it is very loud,sometimes difficult to sleep. One elevator, adjacent to our room, made loud noises every time it went by.

Most TV channels were analog and not very good quality. Worst breakfast ever, I expected at least Hampton quality. Indifferent staff. Safe in room didn't work. Shower and sink didn't drain.

Great hotel- my husband got very sick on Friday night and the front desk folks were very helpful as was the housekeeping staff in cleaning up after he vomited. We appreciate their efforts so much.

The hotel needs remodeling. Clean but the furniture was scratched, room and doors need painting. Old furniture and not anything like other Hyatts I've stayed at. A real disappointment. Office staff was nice but telling me the hotel will be remodeled didn't help my stay. Four star hotel, not by any means. A real let down.

This is the perfect spot if you want to be near everything in Boston. Clean friendly, and comfortable. My only complaint is they tried to charge me for a movie which I did not order or watch, and the desk person pretended he talked to the manager who said they were having problems with the system. He went behind a wall where it only took him 15 seconds to talk to manager and find this out..don't know who he thought he was fooling. Check your Bill!

Very friendly staff with plenty of recommendations for first timers to Boston. The location is perfect and puts you within walking distance of everything you would need. The two doorman were especially helpful and of course had the traditional Boston lengo so you felt comfortable that these guys knew their city.

The Internet service at this property is terrible. The massive furniture includes very little actual storage space; there's no storage in the bathroom area. If you get hungry or thirsty, you'll need to get dressed and go out -- unless you like the overpriced and limited menu downstairs at the not-very-inviting lobby place, whose main function seems to be a bar that blares music until midnight, so good luck sleeping.

We wanted a hotel that was located near the water with easy access to the subway. This hotel was perfect. My daughter and I took the subway to visit colleges in Boston while my husband and son walked from the hotel over to the Aquarium and Fanueil Hall for the day. Would highly recommend staying here .

I am not perhaps that much used to US hotel standards but as someone who stays regularly in European hotels, I find it very annoying that the very expensive rates in his hotel do not include such a basic service as wifi that has to be paid extra. This is a major drawback for me

The hotel staff were very helpful - they got us a rental car with no notice, and gave good walking directions to the sites we wanted to visit. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet, no street noise on the 7th floor. We were a 5 minute walk from Faneuil Hall and the State Street T stop, about 15 minute walk from Boston Common.

Stayed the wknd for the Boston Calling Festival. The location of the hotel was perfect walking distance from anywhere that we needed to go. It gave us a chance to get out of the rainstorm and still hang out with our friends. The hotel staff was extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early. They also held our bags at concierge the nxt day as we continued to explore Boston. Will definitely try to stay there again.

A lovely large room with a view and a bathroom so big you could fit a cot in it. We were able to check-in 3 hours in advance and were given a corner room! Beautifully appointed with art deco design to fit in with the architecture. The lobby is gorgeous.

Really no choice except to valet park at $49.00 per night plus tip. Crowded at front entrance with taxis and others trying to unload luggage. It was a good location and we were able to walk to Little Italy for dinner.

We were in our room from Thursday night to Sunday before the room was FINALLY cleaned (I had to specifically ask). We were charged for multiple nights of Valet parking and had to request multiple times for the front desk to remove the excess charges. We were told it was done every time, and only finally got it done when I went to the front desk and stood there while it was removed. There were several other concerning items --- but these were the worst. The location is excellent -- the hotel service and maintenance is Very Average

Upon checking our bags were mysteriously whisked away w/out our know who or where. Manager was clueless. Until I began questioning bellboys standing around I found one took our bags and delivered them to another room (at this point we hadn't even been given a room #) and said people there accepted bags as if they were theirs. Manager still unable to remedy my extreme upset at this as one bag had valuables in it! They finally called up to room and then people said the bags weren't there. Management seem I fazed by this breech. Later that day he called us to give free vouchers for their breakfast buffet. Hampton Inn buffet is nicer!! All in all don't go! Lot of money for aggravation and lousy amenities.

Hilton downtown business district is in walking distance to Faneuil Hall & Quincy Market. Hotel is also near the Harbor for ferry tours and trolley. Hilton gave us a room on 5th floor Sat. night some street noise from nearby pubs but hardly any traffic. The room was clean and pleasant but not enough towel hooks in bathroom also a little warm in bathroom even with A/C, double beds and pillows comfortable. Hotel is a little expensive but what isn't in downtown Boston you basically get what you pay for. I would suggest valet parking $50. per night, traffic on main Blvd. is a nightmare. Make sure you always have your room card because it also works the elevators.Overall we enjoyed our hotel and Boston.

Great hotel in a perfect location. 5 minutes walk to most historical sites and it's awesome water water front walk. 15 minutes to the airport ($20 to the hotel)10 minutes to little italy for good food, and Chinatown for cheap food. This hotel has guess laundry facility a must for people enjoying packing light. The queen bed is more like a French double so i't kinda small fot 2 adults. The hotel charges $35.00 for a roll away. So book 2 queens for 2 people. The hotel uses excellent mattress it's soooo comfy.

The overall stay was ok. The toilet almost came off it's base. The front desk gets a D-. I looked forward to chatting with the doormen each morning and if it was not for the convenience of it's location vs. the conference center.... I would have checked out the 1st day. The first day after my family and I had gone on some tours we came back to the hotel to rest. I needed to work and asked for a password for WIFI. I was told that I could come down stairs and work in the lobby. I imagine if I were Senator Kennedy, I would have had WIFI for myself and the entire floor I was staying on.

My daughter booked our room for us, a gift for our 54th anniversary. When checking us in before we arrived, she mentioned our anniversary to the front desk clerk. When we arrived later that day, the clerk had upgraded us to a suite because it was our anniversary. We went to thank him and were told they love to do these upgrades when they can to celebrate such an occasion. Our room was large and lovely. We can't say enough about their kindness....oh, and they sent us two glasses of champagne and chocolate covered strawberries too!

A good place to stay if you are in Boston to sightsee. Close to the new harbor area that is filled with many things to do; as well as places to eat.
