The room smelled of old sweat and stale air. There was huge stain on the couch. The fire alarm when off forcing everyone outside. The clientele was mostly smokers ( I am not and do not like smoking)

Had pre paid reservation,but waited 20 minutes while the reservationist argued with a customer about the price of changing rooms. Never even acknowledged me. Very convenient for me because our headquarters are in the business park behind the hotel. Room was clean and quiet. I was not aware that maids did not make up the bed but this was not a bid deal. Plenty of towels were in the bath so there was not any need for a maid to stop by.

Although, when we pulled up around 7pm, there were a bunch of Sheriff's in their vests coming out of the hotel. My wife and daughter stayed in the car while I went to check in. The room had an odor to it and the sofa smelled so bad, I wouldn't sit on it! There was no maid service. We had to take our towels down to the desk in order to get more! Never stayed in a place where there was no maid service the entire time we were there!

Even though the room was supposed to be non-smoking, there was a cigarette odor and 2 ash trays. The carpeting was old and wrinkled. The drawers in the kitchen and bathroom were dirty. There were missing kitchen items. The floor in the bathroom was stained and sticky. Requests to have it cleaned were not heeded. I would NOT recommend this hotel

I will not recommend anybody for this hotel as rooms are pretty bad,appliances are old and noise of AC will not let you sleep for the whole night. Proximity to eating joints and offices will be a plus factor to choose it for any type of stay!!

There was no house keeping, you have to clean for your self, Plus you have to Exchange towels and linens from the front desk if you want fresh ones.The photos posted to their site has nothing to do with the real thing, the room was not that Spacious, clean neither new.I was disappointed with the overall experience.

Hotel really need updating, deep cleaning of carpets, linen, etc...The room had several scents ranging from smoke, musty, etc...Cost is way too high giving you could get the same ammenities for half the cost and better quality at nearby hotels.

Our room was supposed to be non-smoking, but you could obviously tell that it had been smoked in heavily. There was residue from smoke everywhere. The room had an overall dirty feel to it, the floors were sticky like they had been mopped with dirty mop water. The room was not stocked with enough of anything for four guests ie. dishes, towels, pillows, […] etc. There was not any means to clean the dishes that we did use, and the stove didn't seem to work properly. I just wasn't on par with other hotels of this type that we have stayed at. The staff was friendly though, and the pool area seamed ok. There was a grill and picnic area outside, but we did not use them, so I can't comment on the quality of them. Our room was filthy and disgusting. We had silver fish bugs in the room, our colleagues had cock roaches in their room. The floor in my room was filthy and not vacuumed. The bottom of the bathtub was blackened by dirt. The staff seemed indifferent and unmotivated.

I stayed here for 10 days they cleaned the room only once that too they didn't change the bed sheets. Even after telling them they didn't change. They do not provide breakfast. Only thing they provide is Coffee and Muffins. They do provide fruits but half of them are rotten.

We had a problem with the room lock that couldn't be resoved. The location was convenient to Atlanta but the neighborhood was more commercial than expected. The beds were very hard. The continental breakfast was meager. A friend who intended to stay at the hotel after we attended a football game was told he didn't have a reservation even after we had […] confirmed earlier that he did and he showed them his hotels.com receipt. There were no rooms available and he reluctantly started home at 1:00 A.M.on seven hour drive only to become involved in a traffic accident nearby. Very nice hotel and staff was very courteous. Rooms were nice size and comfortable. The hotel was hard to find by way of a Magellan. There were no listings for the Hotel address. We called the desk and the staff led us right in to the hotel. Once we arrived there, it was easy to find your way around the area.
