It was perfect for what we needed! We live not that far from Disney but didn't want to make the drive two days in a row! So we decided to stay the night! It was a pleasant stay with no issues!

I really enjoyed the room. We rented a 1 room with mini kitchen. It could sleep up to 6 guests. The beds were comfortable and the hotel was great at accommodating with regards of our 4 month old infant child. Room was very clean. Stayed 3 nights. We expected much more from the Extended Stay chain and figured this was a great location in Orlando. The location was great, but the hotel was huge disappointment. These were very tiny suites and it seemed half of the things were broken. The breakfast was a huge disappointment. They ran out of everything and even ran out of milk for 3 days. The staff […] did not seem to care about our complaints. The pool was tiny and the surrounding area of the pool was dirty. Three of the four machines in the fitness center were broken and the housekeeping staff never bothered to replace our towels or to vacuum the room. All they did was make the beds. Room was very clean and bed was very comfortable. Close to Sea World, but only shuttle service to Disney. Staff was all very nice. Breakfast was just ok; but enjoyed having a full fridge and small stove for cooking in the room.

Room was clean but falling apart. Rug was torn and drawers were literally peeling. My one year old son liked how much room there was and we also enjoyed the kitchenette. Close to attractions but breakfast pretty lame. Make sure to get there early or you will just have cereal left.

The hotel is in need of an upgrade, but the overall set up of the rooms lends itself well for extended stays. A kitchenette with dishwasher, living room area, and closet space are a couple of amenities that make it a decent place to stay in the Disney area.

The outside of the building looks fresh and clean and that's where it stops. The room smelt musty and there was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom and mildew on the caulk in the bathroom and kitchen. The room is not very clean. The pillows on the bed are so flat you might as well not even have one. Bring your own. The breakfast is mediocre. Refrigerated […] donuts, bagels, cereal, oatmeal, and 2 flavors of yogurt. There is no where to sit so you'll have to carry everything back to your room if you decide to actually eat anything, which we did not. So do not let the fact that they offer breakfast make you choose this hotel. The positive side is that it's in a great location in consideration to Downtown Disney and the parks. Also has easy interstate access. Overall, I would not book at an Extended Stay again. There's nothing deluxe about it. Read more

The location was good but the free breakfast can be improved on variety and quality. The rooms are large with big refrigerator and microwave, even a stove. You can also find utensils and pots. So the name of the hotel really means the essences of this hotel. Hotel is very nice. The Handicapped Accessible room which we needed was a bit challenging. The tub had bars, it had planks to hook the sides to form a seat(however a struggle for a handicap person to be able to perform this assembly from a wheelchair reaching across the tub)thank goodness I had family members with me to assist. There is a mirror mounted […] lower on the side wall of the bathroom,NOWHERE near it to place your personal grooming items. No shelf or counter or outlet. Could NOT access the closet from my wheelchair as there was not enough room to fit between the bed and closet door, which one handle was at regular height on one bifold door and one handle lower on the other,but the rack to hang clothes on was up at regular height!! What good is that? The same in the closet with the iron board and safe. Studio Room was advertised with full size refrigerator. The room had a mini fridge that I had to wheel into the bathroom and turn around sit in the bathroom to open the fridge below because of the way the door opened for acccess. Needless to say the HANDICAPPED features are NOT conducive to the Handicapped public in room #233. Well, maybe the lower peep hole on the door was good! Suggestion would be to hire a consultant that is in a wheelchair to review the hotel set up and properly accommodate. Eating table had a lamp on it but no outlet to plug it into. Read more

staff was very nice and helpful. The beds were very comfortable. The pullout couch mattress however needs replacing. It was horrible. The breakfast was very good. Nice selection for what you pay. We stayed at this hotel 15 days. It´s perfect for families visiting Disney and Universal. The rooms are quite small, but are perfect to have a good sleep. They have a small kitchen with microwave, freezer, microwave, dishwasher and coffemaker. The pool is great for kids, for an afternoon splash and swim. Peterson, Rose and David are very helpful. There are many restaurants at the same neighborhood (walking distance), and driving to the parks was pretty simple. Outstanding location. Close to everything useful. Grocery, pharmacy, Walmart, restaurants, Disney World is just minutes away. Staff was very pleasant. All needs were met immediately. Easy freeway access. We enjoyed our stay very much.
