The staff was very friendly, the hotel and room were clean and well maintained, however, the mattress was extremely uncomfortable and sunken in on one side.

For the price you can't beat it, our room was clean and comforatable, staff was easy to deal with and were very accomindating at check-in. Don't expect much for the included breakfast, but again for the price you shouldn't expect more. We will definiatly consider booking again on our next trip to the area.

The room was spacious and clean but the bed was terribly uncomfortable. My husband and I both had a difficult time sleeping. The location wasn't too bad and it was fairly easy to find. Our room was fairly clean, but no sheets or blankets on either bed upon our arrival. The same over-flowing garbage cans sat at both entrances for three days in a row. We had booked our additional stay in advance. We requested a room on a lower floor that would be guaranteed non-smoking. Much better! Hotel staff is friendly. "Continental breakfast" still surprisingly skimpy. Again plain bagels, one variety of muffin (different each day), apples and coffee. The addition of juice or cereal would be a plus.

We got in late, and had specified an non-smoking room. We were on the third floor and it smelled like cigarette smoke when stepping off the elevator. The room smelled of cigarette smoke, and kept us awake most of the night. The "continental breakfast" is skimpy. Plain bagels, one variety of muffin, apples and coffee.

This place was more of a short term apartment complex. I guess it's what I should have expected in the name. The studio I got was smoking when I'm allergic to smoke. When I moved to non smoking. I booked on-line and I think I was forced to except a smoking room which I did because the price was right. When I checked in I found that I was on a floor where every room was smoke free to my surprise. The room was very functional and sufficient and was very clean. Would highly recommend this place.

We came in at 11 pm with 3 small kids. The door was locked and the staff was not at the desk. After calling from the outside phone for 20 minutes I started pounding on the door. I man opened it and started the staff was on her way. She came around the corner on her cell phone and didn't even acknowledge me. After a few minutes she said "name". The hotel will not clean your room if your stay is not longer than 7 days. So they will clean your room, change sheets, bring new towels once every 7 days. Otherwise you are on your own.

Only one luggage cart during check out & being handicapped caused us major inconvenience & I had to carry bags on my arms while on my walker, causing me injury. The company slogan is Stay with us and stay Deluxe, however the stay at the Extended Stay Deluxe anything but deluxe, I would not care to extend it and nor would I care to repeat it. I believe that what you advertise in your amenities guide should be what I should expect to experience during my stay. The amenities guide and website clearly states that […] I am to be provided with a Pillow-top mattress for comfort and a continental breakfast with a selection of fresh fruit, bagels and cream cheese, as showcased in the profile photo. But there was no Pillow-top mattress nor was there a continental breakfast offered in the lobby, just two coffee makers. But this is not my only grievance about my stay. The main lobby entrance was locked from the outside at 4pm on a Saturday; the only point of access was by calling in from an outside phone line and being let in from an exasperated front lobby attendant. I have never experienced such an underwhelming welcome when arriving at a deluxe hotel. The hallway smelled of fish and my room smelled of a combination of what I can only describe as body odor and musk; very unpleasant. Then there was the bed itself. There was nothing covering it save for a set of under sheets, neither a blanket nor comforter was provided for the bed. The mattress offered little support for comfort and it creaked. Finally the hot tub outside was out of service. Really, there was nothing Deluxe about this Hotel but I give it a star for an active A.C. Read more

We've been going to the Phoenix area for years and have stayed at a lot of different hotels. We've stayed at luxury hotels and many average family motels, but this is definitely one that we will NOT be going back to. The staff were rude (very). The bedding definitely didn't seem clean and the bedding for the pull out bed had just been fabreezed and […] was still wet - gross! Luckily we had brought a blanket with us so our son used that instead. Since there are many, many choices in the Phoenix area, pick something else.
