Dirt on floor. Windows looked like they had not been cleaned for years. TV's had not been dusted for a long, long time. We would have left and drove 4 hours more if we would have been able to. I will NEVER stay there again and will probably will not stay a another Quality Inn. And this has caused me to distrust your rating system. The rooms are modest and fine, but not clean. The sheets were stained and there.was mildew in the bathroom. Ajax residue in the tub that looks like it had been painted white. Another concern was the door.to my mothers room did not latch well and she had to rely on the deadbolt. The staff was courteous and attentive though.

this hotel had a distinct order of cat urine. It was filthy, with a layer of dust on most surfaces. The mirror fell off the bathroom door. the sheets and towels were stained. Hand prints on all mirrored surfaces. and the tub was gross. Booked 2 nights. checked out after the 1st.

Hotel location was good; however the hotel room wasn't clean behind the headboards. AC needed to be clean(filter) AC was pumping out cool air but a smelly odor. I had to wait 20 minutes for someone to check me in(give me my room key. The location was good but the service/room was not good.

I chose this hotel based on its location and price. I usually stay at a hotel a little further away for about $20 more. I am usually so tired after work that all I want to do is get to the hotel, order a movie, and order some food. The hotel description said that it has HBO and pay movies. The room was outdated and dirty. Light bulbs in more than one […] lamp did not work. In another lamp, the light bulb fixture was hanging by it's cord, falling from the lamp. There were stains on the sheets. The HBO channels were not working, and there were no pay-to-order movies. When I called to ask about the channels, the lady at the front desk just said "Oh yeah, they've been working on that for a couple weeks now. They don't work." Then she just hung up. All I was looking for was a clean room to stay for the night and this place was it. The room, though dated (i.e. paint cracks in the ceiling/off-colored grout within the tiles), was clean and the bed was comfortable. The only real negatives were that the remote didn't work with the television even after swapping it out and they had 2 x Decaf coffee-packs […] for the morning. The hotel was in a safe area and I was able to easily walk around for places to eat. The pool area looked nice, but wasn't in the mood to swim. My room was near the parking lot, but I didn't hear any excessive noise from the street or from either room next to mine. There are lots of quiet rooms--but make sure to ask for one. The room we were in first was not quiet. You could hear music from the club next door. Our one year old thought there was a dance party going on at 1am and literally sat up and starting to dance on our bed. When we switched rooms, it was much better. The hotel had a clean comfortable bed. There were a lot of visible damages to room that had been repaired to a minimal amount, i.e. obvious patch jobs on the walls and bathroom. All of the equipment in the room worked and with exception to the beauty of the room it was a good place to stay.

Don't be fooled by the pictures in this hotel listing, it is misleading!!! The property looks very outdated, the room was damp, the bathroom disgusting in that it was very old, dirty (mold on corners), the walls were not in good shape. The hotel lobby looked quite welcoming but.... upon walking along the pool area to my room I was extremely disappointed. The upkeep of the hotel was definitely lacking. Looking at the drapes from outside the rooms, they were absolutely disgusting. This hotel needs a total renovation, I would not consider ever staying there again.

OK for the money. Was definately "tired". Staff very nice and friendly. Asked for extra towels and actually got them! Week day stays nice and quiet but Saturday night was LOUD. People up all hours slamming doors, partying and yelling LOUDLY outside. One of the draw backs to being in a room next to the parking lot.

I've stayed at this hotel several times. Mainly because they are convienent to where I work and they have a great Mexican resturaunt attached. BUT every time I've stayed there is always a problem with my room. The cable didn't work on one visit, there were no towels or toiletries-same visit-they placed me in another room, in which the door did not open. […] It took two hands and a shoulder to open the door. This last visit there was no one to check me in. Took 10 mins for desk attendant to show up. Next morning the breakfast wasn't set up till after 7:15 and the lobby was locked. That night our room once again had no towels, shampoo, soap, coffee etc. You'd think the desk would comp me something after 3 visits and 3 problems. But no. Price good. Service poor. Pay alittle extra and stay someplace else. Read more
